I've been with boost mobile for over 8 years. Great prices. However the people who work in these stores definitely aren't trained enough on their products and aren't helpful. If you have a question for the boost employee on north st don't ask. He will not answer correctly and will get angry when asked.

Boost mobile provider is a joke. Even the store is agreeing with the company to take their customers data GB as well as interfering with your text and talk just to make their customers pay more money knowingly that all their customers are on a monthly payment plan. Its ashame that a company only cares about money over their customers.SHAME ON YOU BOOST MOBILE

Their employee tried to sell me a screen protector that was an eighth of an inch too long for my iPhone then when I asked about it he told “its universal”.....thats not how screen protectors work but OK. 1 star for lying

Horrendous customer service and unreasonable corporate tactics. As far as prepaid is concerned there are better values for money than Boost. And the one Sprint tower they run off of in Pittsfield leaves you with poor coverage and service outages which they will not compensate for. Avoid at all costs, they employ corporate thuggery akin to that of Spectrum.

So my phone wasnt working properly and kept having this window pop up saying that "google play services keep stopping". It was opening every 2 seconds and it didnt matter what was done to the phone it continued to do this. The main reason for this review is to praise the employee, Diego, who helped me through the process of hard resetting my phone and allowed me to stay in store connected to the wifi while I waited for it to do so. Long story short, my phone was completely fixed and is running like the day I bought it. Diego answered all of my questions to the best of his ability and was all around really nice guy. He also called other boost employees to get their input as well. He deserves a raise. This kinda stuff is what makes me stay with Boost Mobile. Good customer service and good products with super affordable plans and only right down the street in the heart of the city. Thanks Diego! And thanks to Boost Mobile!
