“I'll preface this by saying that there is a company minutes away from where we live, but customer service is not their forte. Instead, we travel over an hour to work with Patrick Guinan and it is well worth the trip! Patrick is the epitome of excellent customer service in how he treats his customers. We've been doing some kitchen remodeling here and there and working with Patrick has been an absolute pleasure! No hassle, all the right parts are ordered for our 22yo kitchen AND he saves us a lot of money! We plan to contact Patrick when we remodel our bathrooms in the future. He is truly fantastic!”
