“We had an excellent 5-star experience with Scott's Carpet One!We wanted to replace all the carpeting in our home with better quality carpet of a different color. It took a number of samples and our considering and reconsidering our choices. Everybody in the showroom was super accommodating and patient as we tried to make our decision.We knew that the installers were scheduled out and that it might take a while for the carpet that we ordered to come in. That was actually good, because we intended to try and get rid of stuff that we really didn't need. (That wasn't entirely successful, but we did get rid of a little bit.)The installers were a team of 3 men. Apparently the lead installer had worked with a neighbors son. That neighbor told us later that the lead was one of the best in the business. We could see that by the quality of his work - he has impressive cutting and fitting skills.I should also mention that even with a rented storage container, we just had too much stuff to be able to be empty ALL the rooms for the installation. Scott's scheduled us for a 2-day, back-to-back installation, which worked fantastically well.IT SHOULD BE NOTED that the installers came both days exactly when they said that they would. They went right to work and didn't quit until the days' scheduled work was done.We're very happy with the entire experience and the new carpet is fantastic. We would absolutely recommend Scott's Carpet One to anybody.”
