I originally went to another repair place in the area expressing that it's an emergency that tried to make me put down an expensive down payment to "maybe look at my laptop by Monday". In a panic I came to DB Consulting and Mark looked at my laptop, gave me his number, and was able to get it fixed by Sunday. Very nice man and amazing service. If possible come here if you want quality and fast service.”

“Okay, let me explain my issue. Apple sent me to be able to transfer music from one account to my primary account. The information that was sent to them was different than that request. When i told them what I wanted, they said they couldn't do it, it was against Apple policy, which was correct until this past August. I asked them to call Apple to confirm and they said no. Rather than argue, I left disappointed. I got a call from the manager today and that is how I found out that Apple sent incorrect information as to why I was there. Had they sent the correct information, they most likely would have done the transfer since they would have known of the new policy change at Apple. So I fault, but understand why they didn't call. But I hold no grudges and would go back in the future if need be.”
