“I'm a college student and my laptop broke, making it impossible to do my assignments. I originally went to another repair place in the area expressing that it's an emergency that tried to make me put down an expensive down payment to "maybe look at my laptop by Monday". In a panic I came to DB Consulting and Mark looked at my laptop, gave me his number, and was able to get it fixed by Sunday. Very nice man and amazing service. If possible come here if you want quality and fast service.”

“A friend suggested Nerdz for Hire after I ran into my first newly built computer crashed. Talked to Zane on the phone (owner) he told me to bring it down. When I got there I told Zane what had happened he asked me if I had a little time and proceeded to start checking my computer asking questions along the way. He finally figured out that the SSD was bad. He replaced the SSD downloaded all of the drivers and Windows 11 for what I considered a ridiculously low price (knowing what 1TB SSDs sell for)! Machine was up and running like new! Great service, fair pricing and a real nice guy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!”

“it's great to have an apple authorized service center in the Berkshires. Tim was thorough, thoughtful, and kept me informed about progress repairing my MacBook Pro, and the cost was much more reasonable than I feared it would be. I don''t plan to spill coffee on my computer again, but if I need any service or repair on Apple products Mad Macs will be my first stop.”
