Management price gouges local businesses. Super unprofessional. Openly tells drivers to use malpractices as far as money is concerned.Overall just a bad look for the local small businesses of our area.As well as reaching out into NY using small convenience stores for ice cream sales to make their numbers.Overall just a bad company to not only work for but to buy from.Plus everything they have is middled through hood.Do yourself a favor and just call hood direct. Save some money

I just had an extremely dangerous driving experience with one of Crescent Creamery drivers going through New Lebanon. In all my years of driving, I have never had a tailgating experience so close and so aggressive. It started by the Catholic church on Rt 20 when the speed lowered. I was doing the speed limit. If I had stopped this truck would have no doubt hit me.I was very shook. The driver at one point also gave me the finger. I called the company to discuss this dangerous event. When retelling , I got ahead of myself and the guy I was talking to started to question my story. As with every stressful/ traumatic event , victims often forget parts etc during retelling. It doesn’t mean that they are not telling the truth. I was extremely shook. I also called the police about this.I have little faith anything will be done about this. But if you encounter this driver and you will know it based on his aggression call the police about it. They have been alerted about this.Since delivery is such a big part of this business, having a dangerous driver on staff can really make for bad business.

I just had a horrible experience with a crescent creamery truck driver. In all my years of driving, I have never encountered such aggressiveness with a driver of any vehicle. Starting on 20 by the Catholic Church when speed drops to 45, the truck was tailgating me closer then i have ever encountered. It was truly dangerous. It didn't stop either. I was afraid to make my turn because there is no doubt he would have hit me. At one point , the driver gave me the finger. I called the company to complain. The person who I spoke with said he doubted he gave me the finger. I also called the police about this. They said to be sure to call during this if it occurs again. Anyone who sees a crescent creamery truck going through New Lebanon be careful. Please call the police if you encounter this driver. I have little faith anything will be done about this. By the company. I was extremely shook. And I mentioned how he passed me and I passed him later up the mountain. The guy from the company began to doubt my story. Anyone who has experienced stressful , frightening experiences know that it can get jumbled retelling the story. I have no doubt this driver will cause a serious accident.

Yeah, it's a local favorite, one of those "must do's" on the bike trip, but I think there must be better choices.
