Lenox is the best. Stacy in the front end is amazing! She is always so helpful! She makes me feel like I matter and always speaks to me even if shes not waiting on me! Stacy is the best.

My mother in law tried to get medication from here and they never answered there phone and gave her the run around for hours. Being extremely rude to her and not even taking her cell phone to talk to the nurse directly from her cell phone. If I could give this rating a no star I would. It's really the worst establishment I've ever been in.

I needed a prescription filled for my dog, and it was EXPENSIVE! Tatianna went way out of her way to help me find the cheapest source for the medication, what a beautiful person she is. She saved me hundreds of dollars. CVS, you have an amazing woman working for you! Bless you Tatianna!

I put a script in 8 hours before checking on it. Someone over the phone told me I can go in 15 mins before and have my medicine "expedited" during that time. I gave them over 8 hours before I asked for u meds & one of the pharmacist attending me said "well we are 10 hours behind and I don't know what to do for you. You are going to have to wait another night." Even tho I'm out of meds. I asked for my scripts back to go to a different location and they didn't know where my scripts were! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

I dont know if this is their fault or not, but still a pain. I ordered photos via t-mobile Tuesdays and had all sorts of issues that weren't easily resolved, but they did finally get me the prints. I made 3 orders of prints that were supposed to be free. I had some issues with the app uploading the photos i wanted and had to save them from my computer to my phone to then upload them.. it took me quite a while to figure it all out...then,, When I got the email order receipt, I noticed there was a charge. I called the store and they said I had to call the national photo center...after a long time on hold and one transfer I finally got them to call the store and tell them I should be charged. They then were ok except one of the 3 orders (ironically the one that showed up on the original receipt as no charge) was missing...I had to reorder it. It was a lot of headaches. Normally I would be grateful for free stuff but this made it not worth it, but then I already sunk time it so I wanted my photos.

Stopped to pick up a prescription at the drive through. What a mess! When you stop at the closest window there's a sign that says that lane is for COVID testing. I was told to back up and go to the other lane. Good thing no one was behind me! Actually, no other customers used either lane while I was there. Rules are rules though. Please be aware that you need to handle a clipboard and push buttons on the pneumatic device. They don't seem to have been cleaned in awhile. Imagine catching COVID at a pharmacy. Looking for a CVS replacement...

Depends when you go there and who actually helps you. Some times it was great, other times not so much. Coupon machines need a tune-up as they rarely work correctly.

Dirty, filthy store. The waiting area by the pharmacy was unbelievable. Trash, empty soda can, the counters look like they haven't been wiped down in months. I expect a pharmacy would be disinfected and cleaned every day. During flu season even more than that. Just gross! I had to select a star to get posted. They rated negative 5 stars
