CVS do better!
I went there today to pick up agumentin for my daughter. The pharmacy was short staffed. Poor girls working like dogs, juggling between front of the pharmacy and drive through. Kids crying in pain waiting for meds. Pharmacy staff getting trained while short staffed which slows down everything. Management has some serious structure reconsideration to do. If you are so short staffed close the pharmacy! You are waiting for a disaster to happen when people are short staffed, over worked, and under so much pressure! Medical malpractice lawsuit waiting to happen.
Only giving 2 stars because I feel bad for the staff that worked today.

This CVS does not answer phone calls. I highly suggest switching to a different pharmacy

Rating is solely based on the wait to get our flu shot. Our appointment was for 9:00am, the first slot of the day, and we checked it a little before 9. It is now 9:47am and we are still waiting despite checking to ensure they didn’t forget us. That was at 9:30 and they said they will be right there. Here we sit. Absolutely nobody else is waiting except us. Still waiting at 10:05.

Absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced by the front store manager. Unprofessional, rude, condescending, ableist, and deserving of a formal Americans with Disabilities Act complaint for discrimination. Disgusting.

They text when my prescriptions are ready for refill and ready to pick up. The pharmacists are friendly. Also good snacks

If I could leave no stars, I would. This stupid store is so understaffed. I scheduled a vaccine for 11 am. It is now 11:30am. There are only three employees in the pharmacy. I’m sure if employees are paid a living wage and are treated well at work by their bosses, they will want to work. It’s the customers that suffer. HIRE people and pay them decently and treat them well. This waiting for over half an hour for a one minute appointment is not acceptable. DO BETTER CVS!

Michelle (pharmacist) and all technicians do their best. I’ve gone in multiple times and they are always friendly and helpful.I’m also in the pharmacy industry. People do not understand patience. These people are busy. Be patient and more importantly kind to them.Y’all are all amazing?P.s Michelle needs a raise. Constant stress and anxiety is NOT how a pharmacist should be

Not the happiest with this location. I find Myself waiting on hold, at time up to 20 minutes, I understand there are others before me looking for information, but it would be helpful to know how long my estimated wait time is. There have been times I’ve run out of my prescription because I have had to wait for this location to reorder my prescription. Generally the staff can be nice but there is a clear lack of communication; it has happened twice now where I have called for my prescription status, spoke with someone on the phone who says it is ready (because the automated system doesn’t always send accurate information) and when I show up I’m told it isn’t ready or they had to reorder. I’m currently on hold with them (for 30 minutes now) it’s 10:52 and I feel They go to lunch at 11:00 so I think my call will be sent to the “we are currently closed for linch” message (which has happened before).Overall it’s not the best CVS experience.

If I could give a 0, I would. Went to the drive up pharmacy, spent 7-8 minutes waiting in line behind one vehicle. That vehicle took quite a while to process their prescription. When they left, I pulled up to the window and was promptly informed that the service window was closed for lunch. Nobody bothered to tell me they were closing shortly while I waited in line wasting my time. I think if you're already in line, you should be served. I don't live nearby so going to the CVS is not convenient. Furthermore, that a pharmacy would completely close and let everyone take a lunch break at the same time is ridiculous. They should stagger breaks and lunches like everywhere else! I'll go to Walmart or Walgreens next time.

Yesterday I was at CVS on West Street in Pittsfield, Mass. trying to fill a pain prescription for my husband. I arrived about 20 minutes before they closed for their 30 minute lunch break. There was a hold up too extensive to explain, but the end result was they could fill the prescription, but only get 7 pills instead of the 30 that the doctor prescribed. By this time it was time for lunch, and instead of finishing and giving me the 7 pills, I was told to return at 2:00. The pharmacist shut the door to the window on my face and left me standing there. I will never set foot in that place again! I always filled my prescriptions at the Dan Fox Drive Stop and Shop pharmacy, and that will be the only lace I go from now on. Berth Hicks
