They got my car in for a next day appointment easily and the car was in and out for the work just as easily. These folks changed the oil, engine, and cabin filters with zero fuss. They were friendly and professional and the shop seemed well-run. Not all Firestones I have known have been this good. Highly recommend these folks for basic maintenance work.

So about a month ago I brought my truck to firestone i asked for a front end alignment I asked them to check my front end to make sure everything was tight
They said ok pulled my truck in the bay and on the lift and said I had a bad tierod so I said I was gonna go home and change out all my tie rods so I ended up fighting with it for 3 plus hours couldnt get the inner loose so I called firestone and asked if they could loosen them for my and ill change them the person I spoke with said yeah of course not a problem so I limped my truck over there they put my truck in the bay on a lift and took the front wheels off he first lost my wheels shim that holds the wheel to the rotor tight cause there aftermarket wheels ok no big deal we found it so then I showed the person what they call a mechanic what I needed loose and clearly explained it to him so when I went back into the garage I watched him loosen my steering arm with a air gun along with the sway bar arm nothing to do with my tie rods but it gets way better than that I asked him what he was doing he said loosing the outter tie rods ? I'm not rocket scientist but he had no idea what he was doing i told him to tighten everything up that he loosened cause it had nothing to do with the tie rods so I stayed in the garage and watched him use the air impact drill on my front end to loosen and tighten everything up then he grabbed these adjustable plires and he couldn't get it he gave me the excuse it won't come loose but he was loosen the wrong thing again so I asked him how long he's worked there he said about a year im like a year that's scary if you don't know what you are doing working on people's vehicles but what ever I told him put my wheels back on my truck so he did I left I went across the street to the part store and used a adjustable wrench an did it myself with my friend I replaced both sides cause why not so then I drove over to firestone and asked if they would do me a front end alignment I was told no there leaving at 330 even tho they don't close till 5 pm I was like ill be speaking to the manager in the moring I did call and speak to the manager they told me that they are not allowed to loosen anything unless it's being replaced and they definitely didn't follow that rule they also closed early I asked if I could get a discount on a front end alignment he was very rude and disrespectful to me at first his name is Anthony he's the manager so he was being rude and disrespectful to me he called the police on me he also called me the next morning apologized for what happened ok I can respect the situation no big deal but I can't drive my truck like that he said he would pay for a front end alignment but I can't go to firestone ok no big deal well I was in the middle of moving so I had to pay for a tow truck to to my truck to my new residence near 400$ for that so I call up firestone corporate office i asked to be reenbursted for the tow as well cause once again it's not my fault they said there going to have the general manager call me and my phone rings not 10 minutes later it's Anthony the manager of firestone telling me i reopened the claim and he's not paying for the tow and very rude and disrespectful I asked him why he's calling me and not the general manager and he says cause he's got better things to do then deal with this ok well 1 I asked him not to call me and he did 2 I've been nothing but respectful to them even when there wrong now there telling me to take them to court that I was never in the garage that they never used a airgun in my truck so in 1 of many pics you can see I'm in the garage in the front of my truck and you can see the mechanic on the drivers side of my truck doing something
So I don't suggest bringing any of your vehicles here
It's going to cost me a bunch of money cause they striped out my steering arm and not to mention they have no idea what they are doing the worst place to do business with an

The work is good, however, I’ve never had anything start on time or be finished in the suggested time frame. We’ve also booked two different appointments that weren’t in the system when we got there. The staff is friendly, maybe a management issue, maybe just overbooking for what the team can handle? With so many options in Pittsfield, I’d say stay away unless you’re willing to confirm appointments by calling and can leave your vehicle all day.

This is worst shop in pittsfield for customer service left my car and never called me to update me and never bother to start the work. If you need something done I don't suggest you use this joke of a shop.the staff is even worse. What a joke

Its has it's highs and lows. Yesterday was a low. It took two hours to put a tire on and I had an appointment, can they never even put my spare back.

I went to get an oil change and wheel alignment, had an 130 appointment and didn't get my car back till 6 p.m. .... then when I get it back I didn't even have a sticker for the next time I have to change oil again ... then was charge 100 cash for blend oil smh 🤦 I also had to call them twice to see if my car was done and it just got started at 330.. worst experience I've ever had with them.. good thing I didn't have anything important to do besides that.. I think it was unprofessional overall

During my recent journey of over 40 hours with my electric vehicle, I encountered an unexpected challenge in the early hours of the morning. While towing more than 2,000 lbs with my Tesla, I noticed the tire pressure warning light, which quickly became a concerning reality. Despite contacting Tesla and AAA, I discovered they would only tow the vehicle, leaving me with limited options. I managed to inflate the tire enough to make it to the nearest Firestone location and waited until their doors opened at 7 a.m., becoming one of their first customers of the day.
From the moment I walked in, the team displayed nothing less than exceptional service. Each staff member was incredibly friendly, professional, and dedicated to providing the support I needed. They not only addressed my tire issue promptly and efficiently, but also assisted with unhitching and rehitching my trailer, ensuring I could safely continue my journey. Their skill and willingness to go above and beyond transformed what could have been a significant obstacle into a smooth and manageable experience. Thanks to them, I was able to resume my travels with confidence and complete the remaining 12 hours of my trip.
I extend my sincere gratitude to each team member for their hard work and dedication. This experience stands out as one of the best I’ve had at a Firestone location. Keep up the fantastic work, and thank you for all that you do!
