“Steve really knows this stuff. He’s been in business 49 years and clearly has the expertise that comes with that. Avoid the big box stores like Home Depot, shop local. Steve will help you out.”
“I went to John’s Building Supply for materials for my slate patio I was relaying by myself. I am a complete novice and they were so patient, friendly, and helpful on walking me through the proper steps to ensure the job would be done correctly and last us. Every single employee I encountered (and I was in and out of the store multiple times gathering supplies and advice) was kind and courteous. Such a good and honest vibe there. Will definitely continue to only use John Building Supply for all my masonry, etc needs! You guys rock! (Pun intended)”
“I had never been to Johns Ace Hardware before but will definitely be back. All employees were friendly and helpful. John himself even greeted me and we had a nice conversation! I told my son he should work there!”
“After spending 3hrs going to auto parts stores, home depot and even ace hardware, they helped me find the exact brake bolts for my car I needed in 5 minutes. Insane service and knowledge from the staff 10/10”
“Shout out Shauna at the register who not only calmly waited while
My three year old had a mid line melt down but made paper hats for both my daughters and successfully stopped them crying. Awesome service.”
“Cashier Kandice is awesome. She made herself available to ease the congestion at other checkout stations making the checkout experience a pleasant one. She was helpful, knowledgeable and accurate…all wrapped in a smile.”
“I went to this location to check out the appliances. There was a nice man who came right up to us when he saw us having issues in what to buy. His name is Gary. The next day I went back and got an all in one washer dryer and the fridge shed and kitchen island I was happy to see him and the store is calm not rushing that's what the world needs.”
