Always H&R Block do my taxes and I usually get a good size refund. Staff is great tax preparer always does a great job and is pretty quick. Makes getting taxes done easy.

Chris Hawkins at H & R Block in Pittsfield, MA took over doing our taxes this year for us after the passing of our beloved tax preparer. We always have a complicated return due to multiple states and business filings of several kinds, so we were concerned and I was already dreading the appointment. Within five minutes, we were completely at ease with Chris. He waded through our folder of documents and sorted them out, explaining what he was doing as he went. In very little time, he was inputting our information, and looking for any deductions we might qualify for. Usually, doing taxes is right up there with having a colonoscopy--I just hate going--but Chris made it almost pleasant. By the time he was done, I was feeling very confident in his skills and knowledge, and this was borne out by the numbers at the end. Filing my taxes will never be fun, but getting them done at H & R Block with Chris did give me peace of mind. I highly recommend!

The receptionist was very kind. I had to use the restroom and she was more than happy to help. I had to head to my job and as soon as I start heading back a male told me because I wasn't there for my taxes(yet key word, I'll go elsewhere now!) I was not allowed
