I referred a family member to use this location, and my daughter was taking advantage of. I do not recommend anybody to go to this scandalous place for they will take advantage of your kids. This is her first year doing taxes. I’ve done mine for nine years with H&R Block maybe even longer actually but that’s my last year. I’m never doing it again. these people are thieves they charged her $200 to do her taxes when she did them online first. And then when they did them, they were rejected from the IRS and when we took them to the IRS they told us that they were done in properly so I would not suggest using this location. I would give zero stars, but it’s not an option

I referred my daughter to this place and all they did was rip her off. They charged a $200 and couldn’t even do her taxes. We tried to take him to the IRS and they said they were done in properly. Do not send your children there to do their taxes. This was her first year. What an experience. I wouldn’t waste a dollar going here. I’ve been going there for nine years and I referred her but the way they cheated her and treated her. I will never go there again and I suggest the same go to TurboTax. It’s free. Forget these jokers.

I’m currently having a terrible time with H&R Block in Allendale in Pittsfield, MA. I got my taxes done there APRIL 2024. I was told my tax return would come to me in the mail (no approximate time was given). Around September, I called wondering where it was. I was told I needed to call another number. That was a robot that gave me great difficulty. Then I called again for help, I was told to download the app, I was unable to, so I called again, someone told me they were mailing it to me next week (about a month ago).
The last place I did my taxes, I just gave them my W2s, and they gave me a check. What I got in the mail appears to be a photocopy of my taxes. A friend told me now Im supposed to mail that to the government. So I called the Allendale Pittsfield H&R Block. I spoke to someone I found extremely unhelpful. They simply told me to call the IRS, and ask them. Which I will do when I’m not working (which I’m doing right now).
I have found this service extremely inconvenient to say the least.

Worked with Stephen Maroni, very professional and courteous. Great advice for next years return, feel like he got me the most money back. This year was not much but a lot changed and I was not prepared for those changes, next year, because of his advice, I will be. Highly recommend Mr. Maroni and H&R Block.
