“Ralph was incredibly knowledgeable about the various products to help us make the right decision for our needs. He was very friendly and the experience was top tier convincing us that Mattress Firm is a quality store when there are competing retailers offering similar products.”

“I loved the selection at Old Brick in Pittsfield. Bought both a new sofa and a new bed. Paul at the store was really helpful and informative, no pressure. The sofa was delivered right away. The bed took a little longer because we had to schedule for a day I’d be home. The delivery people were WONDERFUL. Got everything set up, took the old sofa and mattresses, wrappings boxes etc I would totally recommend them based on my interactions.”

“Tom, Pam and the entire design team at Paul Rich & Sons Home Furnishings + Design are amazing. The beautiful show room, the quality of product and the care given to our family for over 30 years is immeasurable. During tax free weekend we bought new furniture for our home in the Berkshires and our home in Charleston. Our well appointed home has Paul Rich & Sons furniture in every room.”
