Went in for a flat repair Eric was able to find the puncture and repair it quite quickly and now my tire is fixed holding air better than before was in and out, a good experience

Came in to get an oil change and to replace my windshield wipers. Brandy was so very helpful and got my car in right away. Was very friendly and gave me updates regularly. Spent about 40 minutes total from walking in the store to getting the car back. Will definitely come here again!

Just visited the shop in Pittsfield, Ma and they took me right in the fix a flat tire . Brandy was amazing at customer service and support and also explaining what else I needed, (my tires do need to be replaced, which I knew, and the price was ALOT better than I thought it would be !!!!) ….. I even got the friend I was with to make an appointment for new tires too!!!

Great shop with very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful employees!! The Manager, Don, personally came outside on this cold winter's day and put my new wiper blades on my car! Pete put air in my tires, and gave us other grear information about our tires. Thanks again!

I’ve had two great experiences at Mavis. They really go out of their way to take good care of their customers. They work with you and tell the truth about what you really need when you actually need it. And great customer service too. Brandy and Don are great. I’ll be coming back when I need other work done.

Recently went to mavis in pittsfield ma, and was immediately impressed with the professionalism and knowledge that don had! He steered me into a better direction on tires that i needed for my truck! Super happy with my choice and will definitely be returning for all my trucks needs!! 10/10 highly recommend!!!
