The first haircut was all right, and I thought I found my forever guy, but the second time he just would not cut off these gigantic wings I have over my ears, no matter how much I told him I wanted it cut down and tapered in, I left looking like Dumb Donald from Fat Albert.
Sometimes with layered hair, it’s hard to tell until you get home to play with it yourself, but I could kinda tell it wasn’t gonna work. When I say cut them down, that does not mean, leave them there!
Even my husband was afraid to say anything. Two days later, I went and paid for a whole new cut at Hair Express and the lady listened to me and she got it perfect!!!

Place is overbooked and loud atmosphere. Dog running all over and I am allergic! I pay for and expect complete service when I go for a mani-pedi and do not feel that is given here.

I would give Jamie more than a 5 star rating if I could. I just found the sight online and went in yesterday for the first time for my botched Bob hairstyle from a month past. When I got there, he sat me down in his stylist chair to get the idea of what I hoped he could fix even before I got to the sink for the shampoo. While he was cutting and styling Jaime was also showing me instructions how to do it myself, which I thought was really special also. The bottom line is I left like a whole new woman! He is now my new hairstylist friend.

Went to see Jamie for a hair fix from my botched pixie and left feeling like a new women! Jamie is amazing and highy recommended for all your hair needs. The atmosphere is incredible, hospitality was spot on and very welcoming by all the staff, so yes I'm a very happy customer. This will be my forever spot now.
