If you have a Saab, this is the place to take it. My ten year old car (new in Saab terms) went in for its annual "physical". John and his team found little things that needed attention. These were items a general mechanic likely would not have found and, if they did, might not have the corrective parts. Not only did Performance have the parts, but they were reasonably priced both for the part and the labor to install it. An example was a windshield washer nozzle that was about $18 installed. I want my 2011 Saab to last a lot of years. With Performance Automotive it will.

I was able to get an appointment right away and my whole experience with them was great. Went in with my 2011 mini cooper hardtop and had my ac recharged. Simple and easy.

One of the last places I can take my saab and they won't have to ship in the screws from a junkyard in Kansas. They have always taken care of me. I've never felt like they were taking me for a ride.
