We purchased a 40 gallon breeder tank in August 5th waited to set it up because we needed to buy the salt and gravel for the tank before we set it up. The third week of October I noticed the tank was bowing at the top. I was concerned the tank was defective and was going to break loose. I called Petco and spoke with the manager and asked him if it would be possible to exchange the tank because of the defect. He told me no there was nothing he could do because it was past th

So I came down and there were surrendered fish . I was told come back tomorrow and you can purchase. I did and then the store manager said they aren’t for sale and moved them off the floor. They had been out on the floor for two days in a show tank. She left a sign not there prior saying not for sale until further notice. This violates petco policy on surrenders. Lucky I took pictures as I will be sending to corporate on Monday.

Lots of good deals Lots of good deals on there and get your pet CO rewards this weekend they're giving free dog food out if your dog food is not um healthy they I think will trade it out is what I got for an email for the healthy kind can't beat that and I had a problem with the only thing I had a problem with was the booster seat the grave loose their CI wouldn't recommend find that the $100 made out of cardboard flat it falls apart really fast and the that holds of men breaks eyebright that they gave me another one and the same thing did it so instead I got the I got the hooks for men and then I just added a pillow underneath so she still boosted up but not in the Box you know but worked for a little that otherwise and they get shots that's a good thing

IF I could give you zero stars I would. I visited Pittsfield MA store only to be over charged for items, the cashier could not figure how to do a refund and called manager or someone I thought to be a manager. She was very rude and made me feel like I was the bad guy. Will no longer shop there again

I recently purchased a ball python and at the time I didn't know much about her. They seemed to be knowledgeable and guided me along to get everything I need.. that part was all good. However when I brought her home I realized she was covered in mites and after doing some research I also realized she is underweight. They then sold me reptile spray for the mites at half price. The manager clearly knew. I thought maybe the mites came from the bedding but then I pointed out all the mites on the reptiles in the store. The manager seemed ashamed. I wish I did my research before hand because I would not have contributed just under $400 for the snake and enclosure to this store that day. I understand mites like fleas happen but these babies should have either A been treated before being sold or B someone should have told me about this problem and saved me a trip back to the store for the reptile spray. I am very upset and no I don't want some manager reaching out to me saying that they are sorry and what can they do to help because they should have known better in the first place and that sorry won't mean a thing to me. I will be bringing my new baby girl Scarlet to the vet this upcoming week for a checkup. Hopefully we don't find anything else wrong with her!
