“I tell everyone to get the Berkshire Community Pharmacy for their specialty pharmacy and regular items as well. I am never told they are out of anything. I have mine delivered because I am in a wheelchair and it is hard for me to come into the pharmacy. The delivery person is just as special with his pleasantness.”
“I was always skeptical of small, family owned pharmacies. I grew up getting my scripts filled at CVS, so any time I would see a small pharmacy, I'd wonder how they'd even operate! I was worried it would be sketchy, they would try to scam me, etc. because I was just so uneducated about this sort of thing.
Those fears have been completely squashed thanks to the lovely, professional staff. They really put me at ease, and I'm so glad I've found this place. Everyone there is SO NICE!! I've yet to have a bad experience. When things go wrong (my meds aren't in stock, my insurance is being weird), they always provide me with advice on what to do, how I can get my medication if they don't have it, and who to call outside of them to get my issues resolved. For example, when there was an issue with my insurance, they gave me a refund for what I paid beyond the copay before it fully went through, since I mentioned I wouldn't be able to afford it if my insurance continued to not pay for it (which it was supposed to).
Everyone I've encountered is genuinely super helpful and sweet, and it's always a joy going in. I'm really happy to be able to support a small, local pharmacy”

“I WENT IN HERE RECENTLY ON HALLOWEEN TO SEE IF THEY HAD CERVE HEALING OINTMENT THAT I USE BUT THEY ONLY HAD THE BODY CREAM.. I WILL HAVE TO GO TO EITHER WALMART OR TARGET FOR IT.. VERY CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT AND VERY NICE CASHIERS THAT WERE VERY HELPFUL TO ME AND MY FIANCE. THANK YOU”

However, I want to thank the mod at elm St & the other lady working for having patience while I called Western Union to unlock the transaction. They were both great employees, unlike the rude mod on north st tonight.”

“IT WAS FINE.. I GO IN THERE TO USE COUPONS OR GET MEDICINE.. I WAS HERE ON 11/3/25 I USED THE PHARMACY AND BOUGHT A FEW THINGS.. LIKE TYLENOL AND BREAD WHICH I GOT FREE WITH THE COUPON I EARNED.. I MAINLY WENT THERE TO GET SOME ALOE VERA DIRT SO I CAN REPLANT MY ALOE VERA BECUZ IT'S GROWING OUT OF THE POT I HAVE IT IN.. I LEARNED THEY ONLY CARRY IT SEASONAL.. I WILL HAVE TO GO GET IT FROM SOME WHERE ELSE UNFORTUNATELY”
