Get the app. It makes things easier. East check in. Personable technicians.

The tech was amazing. My arm is challenging. He listened to what other techs have told me in the past about the vein in my arm and with that knowledge he could not have done a better job.

The check in process is super easy and quick (especially when you get a text to check in). Garrett is incredibly skilled and is so charismatic, competent, and smart. Having blood drawn isn’t fun, but this is as close as one can get!

Went for labwork. As usual, it was a relatively fast process with a polite and professional staff.

I just had the most unexpectedly pleasant time at Quest. I used to go to this location over a decade ago and it was run down, crowded, and kind of miserable - but wow, things certainly have changed! Self check in was a breeze and I’d only just sat down when I was called for my appointment. The associate - I’m sorry I forgot his name but he wore fun stylish glasses - was super cheerful, friendly, and accommodating. I felt like I was just chatting with an old friend, not getting 4 giant vials of blood drawn. The office was clean, bright, and quiet. I wish I could take this location back to the big city with me.

I have a pretty severe phobia and had to get a big lab draw this morning. I ended up passing out and having a vasovagal response which was scary to say the least, but the phlebotomist and second tech who came in to assist after I fainted made me feel as safe as I could given the circumstances, and treated me very kindly and gently. I was so appreciative of their manner during a scary situation, and wouldn’t hesitate to come back here if I need blood drawn again.

The office is in an outdated building in a run down town but the most important thing in a lab visit isn't the furniture, it's the phlebotomists. Both Janice Wilkinson and Garrett Claremont earned five stars for their caring, positive, reassuring, patient-focused attitude which put me at ease and for their top-notch skill level. It's very difficult drawing my blood. Many fail.
Garrett's skill level not only reflects his very extensive experience but that he has transcended to the level of the healing arts. You can't teach that. On first try, Garrett drew 8 vials from a tiny vessel on the top of my hand. Janice observed and picked up Garrett's lesson really fast and got ten vials from me the next day on the first try. A great team. Hardly any wait to get in and fast getting out. Self pay (ahead through Function Health) so no issues with billing. I highly recommend these wonderful pros.

This place screwed up my credit score. I used to get my bloodwork done here and for some reason they screwed up billing my masshealth. So instead they sent me the bill. Every time I'd go in I'd question them and they'd say it was taken care of... well they never took care of anything. I kept getting billed. My insurance company never got the call from them to fix this. Eventually my bill was sent to a collection agency who charged me more and more as time went by until eventually it screwed up my credit. Luckily after two years I was able to dispute it and everything was finally settled. They really screwed me over for a while. Never went back after that... get your bloodwork done at bmc if you can.

If there was an option I would give this joke of a business 0 stars!! My boyfriend had an appointment for 2:13 pm so we got there at 2:05 pm, he checked in then waited..We could hear the nurses talking about how they are sick of walk ins and they are going to start turning them away and looking out the window worrying who is next to their cars Two more people came in and sat down. The fat nurse came in the waiting room AT 2:26PM!!!!! She then said we close at 2:30pm so we can't take anyone. Then goes but we can take the first person who checked in which was my boyfriend. However he got sent right back out because HIS APPOINTMENT GOT EXPIRED!!!!! THEY PURPOSELY WAITED SO THEY CAN CLOCK OUT!!!! They should NOT be working there if they don't care about their patients nor want to do what they signed up for!!!!! VERY disappointed, I want them fired!!!! Or else expect this business to be cancelled. Also the website says they are open until 3pm, very selfish and rude.

I had a morning appointment and it was an incredibly smooth process. Digital check in, scan ID and insurance, waited a whole 2 minutes, got my blood drawn for 4 tests, urine sample and was out the door 16 minutes after I walked in. The staff was super kind and professional. Great experience, would have my blood removed here again!

Slower than death and they will bump you if you're a walk in for appointments. One person working here and I waited 45 minutes
