This place is terrible. The employees will ignore you even when they are doing nothing. They are not in the least bit helpful. Just cold and bored. Management should do something about that, because I’m never going back there again, it sounds like I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience.

I have had a great experience with the pharmacy here.
I had such issues getting my meds on the insurance side, but once that was figured out this pharmacy got my meds all set as fast as they could for me. They were super nice and professional and really helped me out!

Drove to this Walgreens and it looked like it was closed/going out of business. If it is actually still a viable business, ya'all need to turn on some lights!

They never answer their phone ever!! Just the worst pharmacy around! They don’t even try to reach out to people who call!

Nice, large, clean store. Photos came in fairly quickly. Some items are priced on the higher side. Receipt from cash register needs to be re-inked. Frustrating as the code wasn't legible to take the online survey. Otherwise, good job.

I'll echo the sentiments that others have already expressed here: this place is horrible. Every employee seems to have a bad attitude. I talked to the manager and he couldn't care less. I've been coming to Walgreens my whole life, and this location is the worst, by far.

Walgreens is my favorite pharmacy... I e always realized that some stores, especially one in Albany, NY right near my house has a 24hr pharmacy... That's amazing lol...

This pharmacy has the most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Every time I try to renew my prescriptions I have to call 3 to 4 times during business hours only to go to the pharmacy to be told my subscription was denied by my Dr. I called my Dr's. Office 3 times to be told the prescription was approved. Once I arrive to pick upmy prescription I get the same bullshit runaround. This subscription is 6 days past due which causes my health to decline. If I could give negative stars I would. This location is in need of a complete overhaul. Corporate needs to address their shortcomings. This location will be closed from poor customer service and lack of patient care.Not to mention The stores dirty conditions is like a petri dish of germs. PHARMACIES are an extension of our medical system and this is not conducive of quality care. This location is the Walgreens on North Street in Pittsfield MA. The rudeness of Heather and Pavilo need to be addressed concerning their unprofessional interactions with customers . Avoid this like the plague at all costs for your healths well being.
