I call to see If They will fix my 2018 Samsung smart tv one side is dark and he said it’s a screen issue we don’t fix it when it is a led tv and just got a quote from someone else who knew the issue and can fix it? I’m alittle lost

More than a month ago, I called Schilling and asked that they install a satellite receiver. Not hearing anything, I called back two more times. All three times, I was told they would call me back. I was told the receiver was on "back order". Apparently, I have more influence with Dish than Schilling because I received it within three days after I ordered it from Dish. Schilling has yet to call me back to tell me that the "back order" receiver has come in.

Back when TV service went digital, they sold us a $1,000 antennae which, of course did not work, and refused to take it back.

We called Schilling to discuss our Sony TV that had stopped working after 12 years. Two hours later they had delivered and installed a new Sony at our home in Savoy. We couldn't be more pleased with the speedy professional service and the quality of our new set. Thank you!

Came out and said that our tv was the problem that we couldn’t get reception. We replaced our tv and still don’t get any Chanel. We paid them a lot of money with no results.

Despite two visits to the shop and their promise to let us know what type of antenna would be good for our home, we never received a call. We left several voice mails that were never returned. I suppose they aren't really interested in selling the antennas they advertise. It would have been nice if they just told us to go somewhere else.

The lady couldn't answer my question she just kept repeating what I said so aggravating
