TD bank is, by far, the absolute worst bank I've ever had to visit. If you do not have an account with them they charge a $10 fee to cash one of THEIR checks. This is an absolutely absurd fee someone has to pay in order to cash a check that came from the very same bank! It should be criminal. Why anyone in their right mind would choose a bank with such ridiculous policies is beyond me.

I used to have an account until they forced my account into negative because TD bank runs all debit transactions first then credits even if they are hitting your account at the same time. I ended up with about 300 in overdraft fees because of this practice and i was told by an employee about this practice.

They stole my money and won't speak to me about it because my State Department issued passport card isn't a valid ID to them. Stay away from these "people" who steal from the poor.

I can not rate this store in Coltsville on a customer service review as I never did any banking business with TD BankI worked for CBRE facilities servicingTD Bank in Vermont and Massachusettes for about 8 years And this store was my worst weekly service stop. seemed like the more you wanted help them the less friendly they were...not all of them but those that had attitude know who they are.

My experience with TD Bank on Merrill has always been pleasant. I find the employees friendly, helpful and professional. They helped me find the account type that would yield the most in the way of dividends. Thank you TD.... my favorite bank!

Terrible. The girl hit on my man knowing we're married together any happy tired getting him to add her on Facebook on the envelope they give you! How gross is this world coming to?! Like why can't you get your own damn man you nasty skank. Sorry for the Lang. It was terrible experience and I never say that about anywhere! I'm glad my man is truthful and is deeply in love with me and completely honest with me. It's sickng to see someone try to get dates while at work cause they see you cashing s huge check. . And they charge you 7$ to cash someone's check there 45$ and up. No bank in Berkshire county does this but they say others do but I recently had enough and looked around and Berkshire bank is by far the best. Gray lock even ,
