Workers are extremely rude! Especially when they call you a psycho and demand you get out of the store because they refuse to answer your questions and they yell at you. Kind of messed up when 4 “grown men” gain up on a female because she is demanding an answer!

Frank and Eric were very helpful and patient with me and my technical difficulties. I had a complicated print job (for me). They explained the pricing, walked me through the steps and made sure I had everything I needed. I really appreciate that kind of service.

UPS is great for returning Amazon purchases. I have also used them to ship packages to my daughters and granddaughters. The employees are very pleasant and efficient. I made the mistake of sending one package to my daughter at the Post Office via Priority mail and it took TEN days to arrive. That was a big mistake. It is worth a little bit of a longer drive to UPS that always delivers quickly.

I dropped off my package and have the receipt. It has been almost a week and the tracking info says UPS never received the package! I HANDED IT TO THE EMPLOYEE. Again, I have the receipt. I will be escalating this.
