Sometimes I just don’t get my mail informed delivery says it’s out for delivery or some important letter is out and it just don’t show up super tired of usps as a service sad to say these people just don’t care like they use too

Took 30 minutes to ship a package cause the supervisor continued to talk to his coworkers before taking me (I was the only one in line) then left midway through the transaction and didn’t come back. I then moved to another station where he came over to unjam a printer but he wouldn’t let me go to another person with a working printer. Rude and inconsiderate and unbelievably slow.

Postal person never showed up today! Not the first time. Now I will have a bill late after working my butt off to have paid all bills on time for 4 years! I am VERY VERY UPSET. Also, e we never know when he comes. Sometimes he comes two and 3 times a day or NOT AT ALL! Worst ever service!

The worst post office i’ve been in my life I changed my address a month and a half ago. and they still send it to my old address. and then they tell me i was there three times in the summer to change my address and that’s a lie next time ill get the police involved and they will be going on strike. It’s been two weeks and two days waiting on a phone call haven’t gotten yet! horrible and went again and left my number twice and still can’t call me back.

If you are in a rush avoid this place like the plague. The people are friendly enough but this place should have at least 5-6 more employees there. I see so many people off to the side laughing having a great time while the 1-2 people working and busting their butt die working every time you go in there. Waited over 60 minutes today in a line that should have taken 10 max. One guy working the window all morning. Not a soul came to help him. When I left there was at least 25 people in line and they will be there for hours at the rate this place works. Man hire some people please.

Your phone ai hung up on me when I was trying to get in contact with a with a real person and the first time I called I was on hold for around 15 minutes waiting for a real person then for some reason someone hung up the phone on the other side before I could even talk

The worst post office I have ever been in. They don't move fast to help the lines move along. They take their sweet time. Have plenty of bays but when the lines fill up, do you think they would get more folks to work them? NO! They don't. That's what you can say about union workers. They do not give a care about customers or time management of customers. They work at 'snails pace'! Very, very disappointing for the Pittsfield Post Office!

On Friday I received a notice that a package had been delivered to my house and was handed 'to an individual' at my address. Well, it was not. I called the Pittsfield office and spoke to Lea. She was so helpful. The next day she personally drove out to my street and stopped at several houses, asking each if they had mistakenly received a package yesterday. She found it, knocked on my door with package in hand! I can not thank her enough. In an age when customer service isn't often very helpful. Lea went above and beyond, all the while being so kind and joyful! Thank you so much Lea!!!!

I have a circular driveway I currently have contractors working in my house. The Pittsfield Post Office will not deliver my mail if there are cars or trucks in my driveway. I have not received mail for 3 days. Does this mean for the next 6 weeks I will not receive mail? Seriously they can’t walk a few extra steps to deliver nail!

I always pay my bills as soon as I get them & twice in the last month companies stated they either didn't get my payment ( over 3 weeks after I sent it ) or it came late & I was charged a late fee. In the first case I was charged a late fee of $25 & a stop payment fee at the bank of $30. What is going on with delivery? It has become a problem.
