Palmers Variety Store is a neighborhood staple. It offers a great deli selection, greeting cards, small gifts, and other little necessities. The deli in the back stocks Boars Head meats and cheeses and makes some of the best sandwiches. The store also sells craft beers and ice‑cream. Customers say the service is great and they can find everything they need without a trip to a larger market. A true neighborhood gem that welcomes regulars and new visitors alike.
Always friendly and consistent service. I have been stopping here since I was little. Even if I don’t need anything, I will stop by for a lottery ticket. It should be considered a local landmark.
