Customer service is atrocious. They left out one of my prescriptions and told me they already scanned it and gave it to me and that they needed to call the DM to see what to do, but then didn’t pick up the phone to call. I said the phone is right there what are you waiting for. He told me he was busy and needed to take care of the customer in line behind me like I’m not a customer and not a priority.

The staff is unprofessional, and unhelpful. I went in for a cheap 32 GB flash drive, only to find the prices to be literally 3x more than Staples, Walmart, or Amazon. It was $35; that is some of the most absurd price gouging I've seen. Not to mention their constant lack of employees.

This walgreens used to be a rite aid. Since switching over, the store is typically messy and cluttered. Pharmacy has reduced hours that are unpredictable.

I called in prescription for refills for diabetes and blood pressure for my mother week ago to give them enough time to fill them I went to pick it up week after they still weren’t ready. No Soory no nothing from staff I had to wait for another 20 minutes there. I guess it’s time to change pharmacy

if I could rate no stars I would. no one answers the phone in the pharmacy or up front. I just needed to ask a question about a prescription that is not being filled for some reason. I'm done, I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

While the staff has always been nice in the past, I have not been able to get a script I need due to lack of staff. The lines have been insane, all the way to the front store at least 20-30 people deep and unmoving. After waiting almost 40 minutes with out being close to the front I had to leave. I have a small toddler and can not wait hours in line with out serious meltdown. When I try to call to get the script sent somewhere else, I have been on hold for over a half hour multiple times with out an answer. Walgreens GET MORE STAFF for your pharmacy, the tech/pharmacists should not have to work like that!

The problems at this store started long before covid. I am unable to get critical med refills.This is a live saving refill on a script with multiple refills auth and a refill requested by from me on 30 Nov. I have been out of this med now since Friday 3 Dec.The pharmacy has been short staffed ever since the transition from Rite Aid and has become extremely serious now. I just spent an hour and 28 minutes on hold only to be hung up on without my call being answered. Finally I appealed to another Walgreens In town they answer the phone right away. And will get me my prescription ready for tomorrow. Fortunately this problem with Walgreens seems to be limited to the Elm Street location. I would suggest anybody else go to Cheshire Road.

It's pretty amazing that they don't have coverage for when a pharmacist is out sick. They just close for the day, but what about the scripts ready for pick-up. Oh....you just have to wait because since they are filled and just sitting there you can't get them filled elsewhere.
