Wondering why if you can only have one door open, you chose the door farthest from the Pharmacy? This makes it very difficult for elderly or impaired folks to get their prescriptions, Particularly if they park close to the pharmacy not knowing the exit is closed.

I was at the Pittsfield Stop and Shop last night with my four year old son and attempting to use an EBT card to pay for our groceries.It was the third store we had been to that night and the card kept getting declined for different reasons.I was beyond frustrated,to say the least!I didn’t get any names of the staff but they were all very helpful and did everything they could to try and help me out and resolve the situation.Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the young man
