6 S Central St, Plainfield MA 01070
“It's the special attention to detail given by the present personable postmaster. A shame that she is being replaced by a new person when she is so competent!!”

33C Main St, Goshen MA 01032
“Colleen goes above and beyond. I appreciate her charming personality and quirky nature, it balances out the lameness of USPS. She's a hilltown gem. Thanks for being awesome Colleen. We love the post card collection and appreciate how attentive to detail you are and how you always have a friendly word to offer and a kind hello. Truly feels like a neighborhood place as a result of Colleen's hardwork.”

67 Upper St, Buckland MA 01338
“Stopped in recently at a Buckland USPS and was helped by an employee named Julie. She was personable, helpful and reminded me I needed more stamps! I like smaller postal offices that have friendly faces and great customer service. They make you feel like a wanted customer not just a number in line.”

258 Main St, Ashfield MA 01330
“I don't know how Kenneth could be more wrong. The folks who work at the Ashfield post office are reliable, capable, and kind. My experience of their services has been excellent (including getting our daughter a passport three years ago).”

90-3 Main St, Charlemont MA 01339
“Right on route 2 in downtown Charlemont. Limited hours, as is the norm with small town Massachusetts post offices. Staff is friendly but the United States Postal Service rates are getting out of control and there's absolutely no accountability. To ship anything more than a simple letter or post card costs an arm and a leg... nothing the Charlemont branch can do to change the shady practices of such a large entity.”
