Membership gyms are the devil once they get their claws into you it's tough to shake them

I LOVE this gym. Clean, nice staff, good clients, has everything I need
The only thing I have to say (which isn't the gym's fault)
If you're going to use the elyptical, please keep other gym goers in mind. It might be tempting to use the middle machine and hog the whole section, but PLEASE USE THE ADJACENT MACHINERY. Everybody pays for this gym, and they are all here to work out too. Please let them, even if it is uncomfortable to use the same equipment, just give people appropriate space and do not hog the whole rack by claiming the middle. And if you are using the middle, do not give people stink eye if they use the machinery next to you. You sort of dug that grave yourself by being a hog.

I’ve been going to this gym since 2020. It is without exception that when spring and summer comes, the AC works on occasion. It is simply unacceptable. Last week on Thursday we hit a record temperature and not only was the AC not running, the thermostat registered a 79 degree temp (under a little sticky note that said “don’t touch this”) Today, Sunday June 23rd it was the same thing., just brutal. Yesterday, (Saturday) it was perfect and cool. Someone is gong to faint or fall (especially on the cardio equipment) I think the business needs to shut down for a month, not charge anyone their monthly dues and get this fixed asap. There is NO business that you can walk into on a 90 degree day and not expect AC let alone a gym.
To your response below.. The International Fitness Association has a guideline for what the temp should be inside of a gym for the summer. They say it should be between 65-68 degrees, not 72-78. Despite a heatwave there simply is no other establishment that you would expect to walk into during a “heatwave” and not expect to be met with relief in the form of AC, LET ALONE A GYM. Again, I am urging you to take the time to close the gym, resolve this ongoing issue, not charge your clients for however long it takes to resolve this issue and fix it. Someone is going to get sick (and maybe even hurt) You have a lot of older members in there and this gym is not cheap.

Liston was absolutely awesome. I learned a lot during my first ever time at a fitness center in 70 years. He explained into depth each excercise we did and each machine we used. It was a great and rewarding experience. I look forward to the next session and the understanding of more machines.

Normally love these gyms but this one has seen better days…. Very little care to detail, ceiling leaking. Water fountain out of service…

See Petra for personal training services. You will get results. She is very focused and very chill. Individual or group sessions are great options. You can get toned or chisled. She will assist you in the right course of action. There are other trainers who do a great job,as well. The team is super nice and Liston, the GM keeps the gym pristine. Overall, very nice.

Joined the gym last year. Petra was my personal trainer and she was the best. Unfortunately, I had to have my right shoulder joint replaced and had to cancel my membership. I sent a copy of the surgeon's note with a request to cancel the membership effective September 13th (surgery was the 15th). In October $70 was deducted from my account. Later that month $45 was returned which left a balance of $35. On 10/17 $29 was deducted. Balance due me now is $64. NOW, December 17th, $20 was deducted again! What is going on? I have tried emailing the club several times, even sent an email to corporate. No answers from anyone. They now owe me $84.
