The soft touch bay was out of service when I went, so I went through the touch free. Got the $19 wash with all the add-ons and I must say, I was very impressed! The wash did a fantastic job.

Stifling hot in this laundromat. Air conditioner looks on but it's not throwing out any cooler air. A big fan would be nice before someone passes out and sues you.

Absolutely not worth 25 dollars to get the king wash and “ceramic coat” which I don’t even think happened. Bird poop still on my car and the rims were hardly washed. Never coming back

Would like to put less than one star. If you are anywhere within the 4pm hour, although they state the last wash is at 445 and they close at 6, they will not allow you entry. The older woman who works the front will greet you at the door waving her hands frantically stating washes are complete for the evening. I said oh i thought it was 445? (It was 430 at that time) she stated, well either way you have too much wash! (I had one load) I stated i actually only had the need for a wash, not a dry, so i would only be there for that amount of time. She disgustedly said doesn’t matter. This also happened to my fiancé. They are also extremely expensive which i was ignoring for convenience, however will never return, would recommend finding elsewhere if you don’t want unpleasant experiences and to often be turned away.

Love the idea of laundermont and car wash and vacuum all in one place that's main reason why I come to this place. However, for the 2 stars is because of the staff. They are bullying customers demending to check our laundry to ensure there are no pillows which I understand but we are not stupid we can read the door. Constant bullying and checking our laundry making us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. It's time to go somewhere else. This have been going on too long. Time to get rid of the nasty lady!

Staff is extremely rude & does not know how to talk to people. Which is a shame because based off other reviews you’ve lost a good amount of business due to their lack of customer service or respect to others.

Bitter women. So business hours are until 6 pm but they close and lock doors at 3 p.m

In my opinion, best automated car wash in the area. Good job cleaning off the dirt and road salt. No issues with payment or wash.

Extremely rude woman at the desk wouldn’t allow us to do laundry at 4pm because they close at 6 when we didn’t have that much to wash and would have been done before 6. Seemed like she just didn’t want anyone keeping her from leaving right at 6. Would never go there again there’s plenty of better places around.

I used the laundromat and the staff is amazing, kind and helpful! Clothes smell fabulous after wash and dry, meaning it's well maintained and clean!

The old bats at the front desk are very rude. Very rude comments or responses. I had to be rude back to put them in their place. Once I did she was friendly but that's not how things should be when you're operating a business. Don't waste your time here
