My first time at Crossfit 508 and doing this type of workout. Great high energy workout, non stop for one hour. Instructor was very helpful and patient with me and explained everything in detail! Looking forward to going again!

I recently visited CrossFit 508 and really enjoyed my visit! The coach was knowledgeable and experienced, and she really took the time to get to know me. The workout was challenging but achievable, and was varied and interesting. The facility is also clean and well-equipped, and the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. I would definitely recommend CrossFit 508 to anyone looking for a great workout!"

CrossFit 508 has been an amazing addition to my fitness journey! I have been a member since 2016 and have enjoyed, and been challenged by, each and every workout! The staff and members were all so welcoming when I joined. The staff are all so knowledgeable and always take into consideration any modifications you may need based on fitness level, injury history and experience level. As a runner this had been a much needed addition to my training and has helped me in numerous ways! And as a bonus, I have made lifelong friends here!!

I started Crossfit with my wife, almost 4 years ago. I am so lucky to have chosen Crossfit508. The coaches are incredible, the community is fantastic.One thing about any workout regiment is what you want to gain and what goals and support you get in order to make those gains a reality?Coaches are a crucial element to that reality and CF508 coaches are incredible and will always give the correct advice and always keep you real..I am 51 and I am doing incredibly well and plan to continue getting better and stronger.I am so appreciative of CF508, the community and coaches and I would recommend it all day long.

Have been to other CrossFit Gyms however CrossFit 508 is different. All the coaches, as well as members, actually care about you. It doesn’t matter if your a beginner or have had a membership forever…everyone helps each other, lots of laughter & you just “do what you can do!” Simply stated.

I’ve been a member for about 8 years but have worked with DM for many years before that. Forget all those myths you hear about CrossFit. 508 is a place for all levels of athlete, from the fresh off the couch to those looking to compete. The environment is supportive, inclusive and fun without ever failing to challenge you. The functional fitness focus of CrossFit has improved all of my other athletic endeavors, making me a better skier, runner, cyclist, etc. and has done so while reducing my typical weekend warrior injuries. On year 10 at CrossFit 508…. Why?Workouts planned for you by expert…just show up.Goal driven friendly gym.Amazing group of diverse people who encourage, support and push you…You will work harder than any gym you have ever joined and you will be inspired by the results.There are not many places I can think of where you are on the floor when the workout is finished and you cant wait to come back the next day. I transferred to CrossFit 508 about 7 months ago from a different CrossFit affiliate gym. I’ve been participating in CrossFit for about 2 years, and I feel like I’ve made tons of progress in the last few months! Before transferring here I scaled everything, couldn’t do a pull-up or a proper snatch. The coaches here are great! They corrected my form and pushed me to achieve new personal records. I love the CrossFit 508 community!

By far this is the best crossfit gym I have ever attended and I am so happy to be a part of this culture and family at Crossfit 508! We have fun, its a no judgment zone were everyone makes you feel super comfortable no matter what level you are on!! Crossfit508 brings the best confidence out of us as members!! Going into CrossFit 508 I was just hoping to get into better shape so my pants fit better. What I found out quickly is this is not just a place to workout, it's a wonderful community. A community of great people cheering each other on (even though I can't do a handstand pushup yet but trying!). I'm still new and have no idea what's going on before the workouts half the time but each day the coaches (and community) take the time to show you all the movements of the day before the workout. Join us!!!!
