Poorly ran fan station. Constant turnover with employees that are not well trained . Infestation of rats in the dumpsters for past 3 years. Constant swarms of bees during the summer. Multiple products out of date and left under unsafe food prep conditions. Health board or better business needed urgent here

This is a hit or miss convenience store. Some employees are less concerned with customer service, attentiveness and expediency than socializing, moving very slowly and speaking on the business phone. If there's a line of customers, in my humble opinion - the employee should focus on their job, move quickly and ask the caller on the business phone to hold on. Many times, staff here are really great; personable, quick and service oriented. It's hit or miss.

Absolutely adore the employees here.
I went today around 10:45pm for some snacks after a long day at work and the man there was so nice and personable. He deserves a raise.
Everyone else there is just as amazing. I've never had a bad experience at this location, and I've been coming here since at LEAST 2011.
10/10 would go again.

Great gas station. Very friendly people. I went there at 6:30 in the morning. Two mornings in a row while I was staying there and I'm from out of town and when I went in both people the register greeted me and said good morning. I haven't seen a gas station do that in a very long time. The employees are very friendly and very respectful and helpful. I recommend if you live in the area and you're close. Go there because they will greet you and say good morning to you and they are some of the best people I have met

I came to this store to just get a quick piece of pizza, but when I arrived, I saw the older woman behind the counter eating and touching the food with her bare hands. She also licked her fingers and continued working. I asked another employee if they usually wear gloves in that area, and she replied, "We're supposed to...but not everyone does." I was so disgusted that I left without buying anything.

single handedly the BEST cumberland farms i’ve ever been to. its very clean and both women working here are wonderful to talk & interact with. i wish i had gotten there names, thank you sm for the kindness ? theres plenty of options here for snacks & they actually have good brand of creamer. the coffee station here is elite!!! <3

I went in there with a friend we got 2 muffins that said they were $1.29. Near all hostess stuff. Got to the register and they rang up $2.99 ea Even though they were supposed to be 2.79 when we looked. I showed the people where I got it from And there was still some there and there was danish's next to it with the same price that were all put in the wrong spot. The employee even said that she couldn't put them back in the fridge so she put them there and they wouldn't give her me the price that was written even though it was an employee era and there was still more items there. I will never go back to that Cumberland farms again. I've worked for retail 20 years and have given the price that was listed underneath them. It was almost. So I paid $6 instead of $2.60 not cool!!!!!

Outstanding customer service. This a very busy location and they have had labor shortage issues but work very quickly. Mark takes care of the store like it was his own shop. The drink area is spotless and the whole store, including restroom are clean and well stocked when he is working. Also, very polite service. Great team here.
