Zero is not an option.
CVS in general has been awful lately but this location takes the cake. There are always lines at the pharmacy and in the store and no one can help apparently. I have been transitioning to Amazon pharmacy because of this. At least online I don’t expect anyone to greet me or ask if I’m all set. Customer service here is terrible.

If I could give below 1 star, I would. The pharmacist at this location is completely unprofessional, and the overall pharmacy staff is dismissive and lacks the ability to troubleshoot or accommodate their customers. They constantly make excuses about being busy, which, while understandable at times, does not excuse their unprofessional treatment of customers.
When dropping off a prescription here, you’ll find yourself essentially doing their job for them because they are incompetent and rude throughout the process. Frustrated with their attitude and lack of service, I took my business elsewhere—specifically to Walgreens—and had zero issues. The staff at Walgreens accommodated me immediately, processed my prescription without delay, and the cost was significantly lower than what CVS quoted me.
I strongly recommend avoiding this pharmacy. There are plenty of better options in the area, including WALGREENS Taunton st and NORTH ATTLEBORO Pharmacy on E Washington St. Both provide excellent service, with helpful and knowledgeable staff who prioritize customer care.

Extremely rude staff at the pharmacy. I read some of the other reviews. The guy with faded T-shirt gives everyone dirty looks. I don’t need to take my business here going forward. There’s more rude employees then nice ones. If you don’t like people don’t work in customer service. I’ll be emailing corporate as well. This isn’t the first time this is happened either. I can easily go to Walgreens across the street.

Sometimes good, often bad. Sometimes correctly staffed, often understaffed for the pharmacy. Takes 5 minutes or so to get in touch with a pharmacist even with familiarity with automated system that is atrocious to be fair. Talking to pharmacist would not be fixed by downloading an application. Pharmacists are underscheduled or overwhelmed or both, asking simple things like changing script request from liquid to pill is made to be an impossible request, when It's minor, a certified tech can do it. Maybe they don't have enough trained techs... honestly when it's smooth you don't care when it is rough it's just horrendous. Just a conundrum.

Awful customer service at the pharmacy with the exception of one pharmacy tech, Bobbi. The pharmacists are beyond rude like they are doing me a favor every time they fill my prescription not to mention there is always an issue. They push you to do auto refill and then never call if the doctor needs to respond. I stopped going to CVS before because of this but I figured I would give it another shot. Big mistake!

Never had a problem with staff personally.But having to call pharmacy 3 times on 3 separate occasions to get me prescribed meds is ridiculous! Making people wait days after their scripts have been called in?& One is my B.P meds.. not good businessI recently tryd this store out of convenience& I'll be switching back to the Franklin cvs.I'll drive from Plainville to Franklin.. at least I'll get my meds on time.... take this review seriously because I normally don't write them

Staff who works there were nice. Even have clean floors. Sometimes mens room needs cleaning up. Otherwise not too shabby.
