Never had a problem with staff personally. But having to call pharmacy 3 times on 3 separate occasions to get me prescribed meds is ridiculous! Making people wait days after their scripts have been called in?& One is my B.P meds.. not good businessI recently tryd this store out of convenience& I'll be switching back to the Franklin cvs.I'll drive from Plainville to Franklin.. at least I'll get my meds on time.... take this review seriously because I normally don't write them

Staff who works there were nice. Even have clean floors. Sometimes mens room needs cleaning up. Otherwise not too shabby.

I never thought about looking into the reviews before I switched to this pharmacy. Hopefully, I can help someone who reads this. I STRONGLY advise staying away from this location! They are always super busy, between the drive up window, in store customers in line and the phone ringing off the hook. It's a nail biting guessing game how long they will take to get your prescription done. Average is 2 days for me. What pushed me over the edge with them is the last refill. They sent me a text in the evening an hour an a half before they closed on a Friday night and after Doctors office was closed that they were all out of my prescription. Upon calling in the morning, apparently they have been out for some time and no CVS had stock. 4 days later I finally got it straightened out with the Dr. because they had not gotten the electronic communication from CVS. Walgreens had it right down the street.Go somewhere else even if it's 5 or 10 minutes longer drive.

I have had a positive experience almost every time with the Plainville, MA CVS. They are pretty nice and keep things moving.

High traffic pharmacy. I give the staff 5 stars, as everyone I've interacted with is great. They are always very busy. CVS should look at that staffing model or they will lose customers.

Easily the WORST pharmacist I have ever had the displeasure to come in contact with. If I could give negative stars I would. As far as prescriptions go she is absolutely clueless on how to run through insurance and the techs are just as clueless. I had to wait 3 months going back and forth with insurance come to find out the pharmacist uploaded the prescription incorrectly. As far as customer service, the manager is absolutely atrocious!! I was waiting in line for 5 mins, the clocks strikes 1:30 and she tells me “oh it’s ten seconds past 1:30 we are closed! Rules are rules!!” And made me come back over and hour later. Absolutely poor excuse of a pharmacist and human. Go to CVS in Wrentham, MUCH better experience.

The date of my visit is 4/1/23 and there was this nice lady that helped me with my transaction while the self checkout couldn’t take cash. She asked for a nice review and here it is! Friendliness deserves it.She told me to try and give a review on the website but I couldn’t figure out how lol.I asked for her name but im sad to say I forgot her name but I hope you see this!

Unprofessional customer service at the front register area. Anytime Fatima has more than 1 thing going on she is rude. I just has my UPS package just about thrown at me on the front counter when asked to take a picture of it because she could not guarantee that UPS scanned the package. I have other instances when I have had to asked her to slow down in ringing up items so I could be sure the sale prices were ringing up correctly and her response was that she was more of concerned about her own register. Very poor. Not a good representative of CVS or maybe that is what you want to portray

I'm an RI resident but work in MA and had to stop by for a covid test. This location - while out of my way -was the closest with any available spots open the same day so I scheduled here and came through the drive thru lane. The line was a couple cars deep and took a bit to get to the window. While I will admit I thought the wait was a little longer than usual, it all made sense when I got to the window and this absolute blast of good energy pharmacist greeted me and guided me through the test. (I think her name is Rachel based off the receipt)I've taken a bunch of them in the last two years since I have a lot of people around me that are immunocompromised but never did I think I'd go out of my way to post a review saying that this was the most fun covid test I've taken. I did not get this woman's name but she had spiky short dark hair and the personality I wish my local CVS pharmacists had! She made sure I knew what I was doing so we didn't have to start all over (which is why the person in front of me took equally as much time). This location is out of my way so I am not sure when I will return, but I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone locally! As for all these low star reviews...y'all, please be a little kinder to people in pharmacy / customer service jobs this season! Everyone is short staffed and they are doing their best! If the store is closed before the hours on the door, wait times are longer than usual, etc... they probably did not have the staffing that day!

Came tonight to this CVS location. It's now 9:23 p.m. & the doors are locked with noone to be found. The sign still says open until 10:00 p.m. as they always have been but they certainly aren't open. Not so much as a courteous note on the door explaining why they are closed. Unacceptable.

Really poor customer service at the driv thru window. No indication at the window OR anywhere online that the pharmacy now closes for lunch. Wasn't aware that they closed and was waiting behind someone testing. Once I got to the window I was told my prescription wasn't ready and the window was closing in two minutes (despite getting a text that the prescription was ready) so she couldn't serve me (or I'm guessing the person in line behind me). My prescription was a pill pack - and it WAS ready. After arguing with me, she returned less than a minute later with the prescription. Sorry to be such an inconvenience and impeding on your lunch! ?

Just went to pick up my son’s antibiotic prescription that was sent over a few hours before. I waited 45 minutes. About a month ago I was left standing at drop off for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging I was there. I understand the pressure pharmacies are under now with having to deal with immunizations, but I’ll be transferring.

Pharmacy team is amazing and goes above and beyond. I was picking up anti-nausea medicine for my pregnant wife. Insurance won’t cover it, was 160 bucks. Pharmacist saw the price and told me hold on a minute. She worked her magic on the computer and when she came back and rang me up again, cost was 50 bucks. Went above and beyond without me asking or expecting it. Thank you!
