I came to this CVS after having a really rough day, and the staff was so incredibly welcoming and polite. They really turned my day around with just a simple interaction. I believe the woman's name who helped me was Amy. Fantastic staff at this location!

This location goes above and beyond to help each and every patient. Everyone from the pharmacists to the techs, they make everyone feel like a part of the family.

Absolute worst customer service. Had a prescription for formula for my infant son sent here. I checked in several days after they received the prescription and pre authorization. I was told the formula would be arriving in the shipment that Monday. Upon going to the store Monday I was told by the pharmacy tech that it had not arrived. The tech told ME to start calling other pharmacies to see if they carried it. ( the formula is very expensive and mostly likely not something a pharmacy would have on hand hence this cvs having to order it) I attempted one store and was unable to get through and had to twist the techs arm to have him call. I asked if it was a possible to just find out when it was coming in, as I have a brand new baby and didn't want to drive around. He and the pharmacist refused to check the shipping information to see when it was coming in. The pharmacist was extremely rude stating "they never know what's in each shipment". How can you run a pharmacy and not know what you order and when it's coming?! Total negligence! I would highly recommend going else where. And FYI was able to get my prescription through Walgreens without issue 24hr after this.

Rude staff. More interested in selling flu shots than focusing on their actual job. Down hill since CVS took over here. Moving my prescriptions to another company. There is a pharmacy on every corner why hire rude employees?
