The customer service I received on 9-16-2025 via the phone was very professional and made me feel like I mattered. I wish I had asked the young lady for her name because she really needs to be praised. If everyone treated others the way she treated me the world would a much better place. Thank you!!

We loved working with Indet. She explained everything and full disclosure about pricing for now and the future. She gave us various options and showed us the unit. Would highly recommend visiting to sign up!

The manager is TERRIBLE. She offers no help whatsover when trying to find a solution to your storage needs. The price doubles in a few months. There are no carts that they promised to have in each building. The customer service is just awful!!!!!!! I would have given a zero stars if possible.

My experience was great. Mike explained everything so I understood. The whole process took about 5-6minutes. Unit was easy to find. I would recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone looking for storing.
