This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. “We went in without a contractor looking to update a very old kitchen. Heather helped us design our kitchen and was so patient with us. We did have an issue with a cabinet that was not assembled right, but they reordered the cabinet and it was perfect! and the bad assembler no longer works there. We are in love with our new kitchen! “Hi I just want to say that Besh in the appliance department was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to help me. I bought a washer and dryer and was due a small refund. Everyone that I spoke to before him either gave me the wrong information or was very quick to say they couldn’t help. When he first tried to help he couldn’t, so I said, thanks and was leaving when he came after me and wanted to try something else. I went back with him and he kept trying until he succeeded. Home Depot should be proud to have him as an outstanding employee. Thank you”

“Had what I needed without too much wandering. That's always a win. It's well organized, neat, and tidy. Staff are helpful and polite. There were plenty of sales specials and end cap displays to keep me distracted from my mission, but I resisted and remained focused ( nice try Lowe's maybe next time ) All in all quite the adventure monsters and all”
