This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. After my washer/dryer combo died, I was given a Lowe's e-voucher to purchase a replacement by my homeowner's warranty company. I was fortunate to have Associates George and Fernando to help me throughout the whole buying process. They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and most of all helpful. We did have an issue with a cabinet that was not assembled right, but they reordered the cabinet and it was perfect! and the bad assembler no longer works there. We are in love with our new kitchen! “Carpet order & install. Ordering was easy, measuring was quick. The materials came in earlier than expected, which was great. During the measure, I told them which direction I wanted the carpet to run. When the installers arrived on install day, it was the opposite of what I requested. Luckily the installers remeasured the space & had enough materials to install it the way I wanted. The installers were kind, quick & did a great job!”
“The hot water at this Tractor Supply dog wash has been broken for so long it’s basically a historical landmark now. They still offer the dog wash like it’s normal, except it’s just an unexpected ice bath for your pet. My dog now trusts me less as a person.”
