This review is to let folks know that Lowe's does have some good stores and even better associates. The store itself is quite organized and easy to navigate. Associates help regardless of their assigned areas. The added benefit of my experience with George and Fernando is further proof that this store puts a lot of effort into customer satisfaction. “staff helpfull - I was buying floor polish for hardwood floor and compared the price to Home Depot - they were the same price. The times I have gone there I have always found what I needed. Tip, IDK if they still have scratch and dent items like refrigerators but I know someone who was not aware of it and bought a refrigerator at a phenomenal price. It actually was in pretty good shape so if you need a second hand item for basement, garage etc. ASK!”

“my local lowes had no more cooler cups within 15 minutes of being released, called plainville, mass location and spoke with i believe john who verified the store still had some (he was awesome) drove 30 min to pick up for myself, my son and friend (both who are working and cannot make it in time) I understand that you have to have an account, which i had 3 to use. My lowes doesnt give me a hard time picking up for them. The older woman at the service desk was just rude and mean when I attempted to get theirs. One per account and must be in the store to pick up. Some of us love collecting and having these lowes items not to sell but to use and have. Drove 30 minutes just to be able to get 1.. I guess im ok with that just she didnt have to be so mean and rude about it. The man I spoke to said if I have any problems to ask for him but I forgot his name :( lowes, please understand some people aren't available at 10 am on a Saturday and still would like an item! But as im standing in line waiting, I see a family with 2 kids and each kid had one.. i drove 30 minutes to get one for each of us, I would have been happy even just getting one for my son and I. I missed out the last round on the glitter buckets because I had surgery and couldnt drive so was excited to get us one of the cooler cups. P.s we love our coffee mugs!”
