Ok for everyday needs but never hire a contractor or buy a service plan. They don't show up when contractors are scheduled, and I had to fight them to cover items and it wasn't a one time thing. Waste of your time. Everything is outsourced and you have to spend a lot of time coordinating as they won't help you.

So in March we visited the Plainville store about having a front door installed in our home. We met with Lowe's guy at our house who measured our door and side lights and gave us an estimate. We said OK let's do it and I paid a third up front, estimate was late May early June. Today, no door, no ownership of the process from Lowe's and extremely frustrating from our end. Zero communication or updates, I would never go thru this again at Lowe's.

Had what I needed without too much wandering. That's always a win. It's well organized, neat, and tidy. Staff are helpful and polite. There were plenty of sales specials and end cap displays to keep me distracted from my mission, but I resisted and remained focused ( nice try Lowe's maybe next time ) All in all quite the adventure monsters and all

Never going here again. Store manager Christian denied an $80 return because he didn’t know how to process a gift card return. They then took the item (a brand new door) and put it back on the shelf. No one else knew how to help me either. Super concerning lack of competence here. Will be going to home depot from now on. Will be warning my family as well. $135,000,000,000 market cap and this company can’t handle an $80 exchange. DO NOT shop here if you expect to be treated like a valued customer.
