I usually are ATM yesterday to check my balance of my EBT card accidentally left the card in the machine call this morning to retrieve it and was told oh if it's not one of our cards we don't give it back cuz we don't know why it was in our machine my response to that was look at the proceeding transaction no we just don't do it what allows you Bank and the woman who I spoke to had such a condescending attitude worst bank ever don't ever go there that customer service sucks

I have had a business account at Bluestone for three years. I have received the best customer service until today. Erica was out of line and down right rude. it is obvious she has no character and does not belong in a customer service position. Time to look for a new bank!

Terrible bank. We had a bank account there because we had our original mortgage through what used to be Mansfield bank. Extremely difficult to deal with people at the Norton location as well as their phone service, have little to no safe guards (cashing checks that other banks would hold on), terrible mobile app, pulled an additional mortgage payment after refi payoff had gone through (was reimbursed almost 3k after 2 months) I would recommend ANY OTHER BANK I have ever dealt with before this bank.

I am being generous with one star. Since Bluestone merged with Mansfield Bank, it is has been a complete disaster! I can't even call my branch directly, instead I wait over an hour on the phone for customer service, and when I finally get someone on the line, they are rude and can't answer my questions and they just keep transferring me to different departments. I chose Mansfield Bank for their personal service and they weren't part of a bigger bank. Can't wait to take my service elsewhere.

Will say anything to get your Mortgage business, but will walk back any agreements or understandings as soon as it is convenient. Get ready for them to silently change Servicers and then stop your Auto Pay without notice.

The nicest and most helpful people I have ever experienced in a bank. If your not doing business with this bank you need to switch ....you will never be sorry that you did....love this bank....I go to the one in Plainville...best decision I ever made
