Thanks to Craters and Freighters of RI for an excellent and professional packing job. Even the delivery man remarked that the crates were not damaged and in great condition for a X-country trip. “Had a recent move from Florida to Massachusetts. I only had about two rooms to move so I got a 8X8 container which fit everything perfectly. Plus a little extra room. I filled a queen size bed, dresser, and a bunch on plastic bins and boxes. The drivers were very courteous and professional. The only thing was the long wait time to speak to a representative( they do give the option for them to call you back) which I did and they called back in a timely manner. The representatives were very nice and friendly. You are able to schedule your pickup and drop off times to your desired dates. And the drivers call you an hour before they arrive. The unit was clean and my belongings came unharmed. I would definitely recommend Pack Rat! They also price match and was the cheapest route to go. Thank you for making my move less stressful.”

“I admit I hired them based on the crazy low rate which I knew was a risk. Did I regret it? No! I can’t say enough about the great job they did. They were on time, friendly, and brought some cool equipment to help expedite things. The move went very smoothly and not only didn’t take all day but almost nothing was left behind. My one gripe was that it was over budget because it went a little long which sucked. But that’s not the guys fault either. Thankfully the rate was low as I said. I also like that when I booked initially they didn’t want a complete inventory of items like others do these days. Seriously what is up with that? If/when we move again I’ll definitely call them first.”
