“My BMW X3 needed a new headlight nearing the end of November. The X3 was due for inspection and my wife was starting a new job on December first.
Doug and the AER team agreed to replace the light bulb and do a vehicle maintenance inspection on a Friday afternoon— we were new customers.
They replaced the bulb and created a prioritized list of needed repairs before 2 m. The list included pictures of the X3’s components requiring repairs.
The List was well laid out and Doug suggested that we do the work piecemeal as there was a bit of work to do. This was excellent advice and has allowed us to plan and spread out the repairs in December and January!

“I have used them many times. The guys that work there always are nice and accommodating. I have an IID in my car, and they are very helpful with that. When you have one of those, it can be very anxious to have work done, but these guys are very understanding and know what to do. It’s first come first served, but they will help as much as they can. I wish I had the names of the mechanic on duty on 7/17/25, and the other guys, but they are all outstanding!”

“Came here today for an inspection sticker. I know it’s just an inspection sticker, but the service was outstanding. Staff were very polite on the phone, very welcoming in person. The area inside and out very clean. They seem to care about their customers. Coming to leave a review, I see that there are other great reviews for them as well. I was coming later in the day and they still fit me in, and if they were upset by it, they showed no signs of it. I’m glad I found this place. I will definitely return for future services on my car.
