We are staying at the Normandy Farms Park and found this Target conveniently close. We were very impressed with the cordial staff. Everyone said hello and asked if they could help us find what we we were looking for.The ladies at the clothes fitting dept were friendly and accommodating. We will return before we head back home! This Target in Plainville is nice with its selection and decently clean, however, the only checkout lines open were for self checkout, which I avoid. I asked whom, I assume was the shift manager, if there were any registers open and she rudely pointed to the self checkout. The registers were not open because of "not enough staff ". Poor excuse when there are a ton of staff on their cellphones. The work ethic at this store is awful.

I recently was trying to get a price on paper towels at this store because it is never posted. I went to 3 scanning machines not one of them worked and there was not one clerk to ask to check the price for me. This is not the first time this has happened. Target needs to provide better customer service.

Nothing like being hassled for cell phone usage when you tell them politely no all set and then they tell you
“what you don’t like me”
“Why”
“What did I do”
And then as I walk away, he calls me rude because I don’t want to be hassled. Seems like target is just becoming like Walmart with third-party vendors bothering you as you’re just trying to shop harassment.

Target is my go to store, always have a good experience with their team members. I do a mix of in person shopping and drive up pickups from ordering online, always appreciate the efficiency of their processes, makes it a better experience overall.
