I had some work done due to a hit and run driver. Dave & Dan at Tri Town Collision handled everything, including getting extra monies from the insurance company for new parts instead of using bondo and less expensive product. They did not think my vehicle should get the “patch & paint” the insurance company wanted to pay for.The insurance company estimate was quite low, not a surprise right.But Dave & Dan handled it very well.Great job.Highly recommend.Service: Body & Trim

I brought my brand new pickup truck in to get looked at for a clear coat scratch running down the entirety of the side of the vehicle - what a drag to be going through this with a four month old purchase. These guys took the time out of their busy morning to not only look at it from a quote standpoint, but also apply some detailing compound to see if that would be the answer (saving me time and money). They did everything they could to save me money and time involved with moving forward with auto body work. They made a couple of recommendations of other buffing and detailing businesses in the surrounding area that could probably address it at a fraction of the cost, as well. Although I did not end up moving forward with them, I appreciated their honesty and willingness to go out of their way to save me some time and money - it says a lot about the integrity of folks running a business when they're actively trying to point you in the right direction and which ultimately may mean not utilizing their services. That being said, I will be sure to use them going forward for larger jobs that might require their services (such as collision and insurance related matters). Thanks again guys.

I always go to these guys when I have an issue with my car! They are honest, reliable and just good people. Dan and Dave had the opportunity to charge me to look at my car when I had an electrical issue. I brought it in for them to check out and before I left it there, they suggested I check for any recalls on my car and any battery issues. I went home, did that and solved the problem pretty quickly. They could have absolutely charged me to take my car in and see what the problem was. (This is not the first situation we have had where they have been upfront and honest with us) The really are trustworthy and I will continue to go back for any service or body work !

I could not be happier with the work that was provided from Tri-Town Collision! Dave and Dan really go above and beyond when it comes to customer satisfaction. I went to 4 different body shop for an estimate on my car, and out of the 4 Tri-Town provided the best service. Dave took his time to notice every little detail that needed to be fix. The car was fixed within a couple of days. My car looks brand new! My go to place for body works now, and that’s coming from a very picky customer. So Thank you Dave, Dan, and your whole team!
