“By far the most kind human beings on the planet work here. My 16 year old kitty had a huge tumor that they worked on and we ended up having to put her down a week later. The staff is the most loving kind and empathetic people. The doctor was almost actually crying with me. I appreciate how loving they were for my cat and how they gave me encouraging words. It was a very terrible thing but the people who we worked with made it so much more bareable. I am forever grateful for the kindness shown to me and Muffin.”

“Dr Truesdale does an amazing job with his cropping. We asked for a shop crop and this is Hugo at 6 months. They healed perfectly as well.
We did not however follow the after care instructions. Which is the only reason this is a 4 star review instead of 5. We pulled off the bandages and the cup the same day he got home. We cleaned once, and let nature do it's thing, they scabbed up perfectly and healed very nicely. Being a show crop we did not post at all, ears stood fully about 4-6 weeks later.”
“By far the best vet experience I’ve ever had. I own a flock of Jumbo Pekins, and I couldn’t be more thankful to find such a compassionate vet and tech team! Avian vets are so hard to come by, and I’m so grateful to have found this office. The team is just absolutely amazing.
I brought my littlest girl in last week. I couldn’t figure out what was wrong and this weather hasn’t been too kind for a healthy flock to flourish. I found her unable to walk, limping severely, and not herself (she’s spicy). I took her in and the doc found a tiny puncture with mild swelling at the bottom of her foot. I would have never found this. She put her on anti inflammatories and miracles happened. Like, I mean, real miracles. She was not well.

Now, I was so impressed I brought the rest of the flock in today. Such a great day. First off, they served the ducks worm water cocktails upon arrival (their favorite! And pictured below). They got their little beaks and feet rubbed by the vet tech with oils because they were cracking a bit from this cold. My drake was so happy and stood so proud. Also, our household is so relieved to know they are doing good and super healthy.

They offer pretty much all the services you would find at an emergency vet, but did end up sending me to the emergency vet after i said i wanted a second opinion. “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Dr. Ruel came to our home yesterday to ease the suffering of our cherished 14 year old dachshund, Hershey, and bring her to doggie Heaven. Dr. Ruel is extremely compassionate and explained everything along the way putting us and Hershey at ease. We were able to do this at home in our yard in the sunshine which Hershey so loved. It was so much better than going to the clinical vet's office which Hershey hated. We are extremely grateful to Dr. Ruel that Hershey's last moments were calm and peaceful in a surrounding she loved. “Went in on July 13th for routine checkup. Our girl Cora needless to say does not particularly care for the Vet. She is the sweetest cat in the world, but anytime we have ever had to bring her for a checkup, she turns into a Cat monster. Hissing, spitting, and just ferocious so the team @ DR Animal Hospital recommended that she be put under a light anesthesia for her visit to make it more comfortable for everyone.I think its fair to say that any good pet owner gets worried whenever their animal is unhappy, distressed and would do anything to make their animal not feel that. The team did everything by the books. I've been to other animal hospitals that do a terrible job with the whole empathy thing. When we dropped her off, we left knowing that she is in great hands! The best part is how they handled our visit when time to settle up. We were having an issue with our CareCredit card as we have not used it in a long time and had a new card that we never did activate. After calling Care Credit, they informed us that DR AH could look up our account. With a little hard work from Mackenzie and the rest of the team, we were able to get the problem resolved and use our CareCredit card with 6 months of no interest! I wish I knew any of the other Vet's names, but there were good vibes on every single part of the Visit! Highly recommend and our other buddy Dawson will be by in a few days for his checkup as well!!!Customer for life!! Thanks to DR Animal Hospital and their staff”

“Got a very last minute appointment with Dr. Ali for our puppy. It was our first time here but it certainly won’t be our last. Our dog was having eye troubles. Dr. Ali got to the root of the problem very quickly and gave us the meds we need to help our sweet boy. The office is so clean and I can’t say enough about the staff-everyone is so kind!”
