Very pleasant experience was extremely knowledgeable and quick to resolve any issues that we had. Patient and understanding with my 86 year father upgraded to a new phone while also making it easy access for him with an iPhone!

The best AT&T customer service ever! Ask for Karl, he solved all our problems with esims, configurations, and plans. He helped, figured out, and solved what the other AT&T store in the area made worse. Kudos to Karl

Karl, the store manager, assisted me while his representatives were attending to other clients. He provided exceptional assistance and expedited the process of upgrading my phone. Highly proficient in his field of expertise. I strongly endorse this store!Furthermore, it is imperative that they make alterations to the other AT&T store located in Plymouth (51 Commerce Way, Suite 3). Its quality is quite poor, and it makes no sense that they continue to operate.

Do NOT even waste your time coming here, the heavy set guy is awful and extremely rude.My mother is currently battling stage 3 cancer and she has pneumonia. Unfortunately, she cracked her phone and it wasn’t working at all. I called customer service and he said I as her daughter could go in and get her new phone, he spoke to my mom on the phone. Last night at around 5 pm I entered this store and was immediately not greeted at all, first red flag. Second I walked over to the employee who was seated and he said “what do you need?” I explained the situation and he refused to help with my mother not present even if we offered to face time and her show her license everything was met with a rude NO! I left and as I was walking out two others came in and obviously had a similar experience with this rude employee and walked immediately right out shaking their heads. I had to get my mother out of bed and bring her to the store even though online it says open till 7 pm they were closed at 6:22 pm. We ended up the AT&T store over by 5 guys and the employee said that shouldn’t have even happened especially since I had my mom’s pin. He was extremely helpful and so kind. If you need to go to AT&T go to this store if. You actually want to get serviced or helped! Also, AT&T customer service informed me the other employee was completely wrong too! I didn’t need MY sick mother present with me to get her phone.

Very unhelpful with my phone issues! They were fast to take all my money and buy the product but would not help me with anything else! Wish I just stayed with Verizon!

Filing with better business bureau and attorney generals office . 9/23Absolutely do not get service from this store .29 yrs with Verizon and I went in to get a change of carrier .6 days , no service , the inept employee put in the wrong transfer pin .I had no service .Went to the store and deal with a snotty younger manager , a woman who never followed up with a regional manager as I requested.Went back to Verizon .Spent the last month fighting with AT&T to cancel an account I never had service on .Said they did it and then , I get threatened with collections .Call AT&T , they were going to take care of it and never did .So to protect my credit I paid the balance they wanted for 6 days of no service of $123.I am filing a complaint with the attorney generals office in Boston .Store is Blue Link Wireless .They will be the defendant dba AT&T

I am a 72 handicap person ! Today I met an angel at ur homedepot at store ! She had patients and understood my frustration with trying to unlock my phone .. for 2 hours with ur online !She is the only person working there and as people came In … she would ask if it was something simple .. she would help them all the time working with online to help me !!U are very lucky to have an employee like Sarah … she is the best and I could not thank her enough!!! And the other people there agreed …Like I said she was an angel and ohh how I needed that today..sincerely, Joan Durante

Wasted my time driving here just to find a note on the door that the staff was on break, despite it being during their posted open hours. The staff certainly deserve their breaks, but closing a store during regular hours is very poor service.

I came in to try a S23 Ultra and the staff couldn't have been more unhelpful. I was literally ignored. And when I went to look at the phone I found out that you can't even lift the phone up to test the weight and the phones software was so locked down, it couldn't even play a YouTube video. I just wanted to test the size and weight to see if switching from my Z Fold would be worth it. When I asked if there was one I could hold, I was told no and the associate immediately back to looking at his phone. I'm a salesperson myself and I would have been fired if I treated a customer like that. I highly recommend going anywhere else but here for your phone needs.

The customer service is always amazing here. Whenever we have a problem with any of our phones or service, the reps at this store are helpful and nice!
