Told me certain parts were replaced, not true. Told me parts weren’t available, not true I have purchased them. Lost screws so they took them from other parts now I need to fix the other parts. Damaged functional items and flat out denied it! Beware if you go there.

I started going to Bakers in the beginning of 2022 and haven’t even considered bringing my vehicles elsewhere. The staff at bakers are attentive, knowledgeable and efficient. They are flexible and accommodating. Amy is always willing to work with you and your schedule for what best fits your needs. Eddie replaced my rear bumper as well as fixed a dent I had and my truck looks better than when I bought it! The mechanics there are meticulous in their work and the services they provide. I have since referred my friends and family to bakers and everyone swears by them now. I highly recommend bakers, wouldn’t want anyone else managing and repairing my vehicles.Services: Auto body & trim repair

Took 3 months to do a one day job, called me every 5 days to say “about 5 more days” for 3 months. Lied and installed a rebuilt/ refurbished power stealing column that failed a month later (they literally left the tag on it, with epoxy leaking out). Wrote up bogus charges for my insurance company to pay (something like 40 hours to paint a bumper between 3 people at 30$ an hour) . When I went to pick up the car they claimed to forget to charge me for the key fob, which was sitting on the counter, and wouldn’t let me drive the car away unless I paid 250$ right there for the key. I can’t emphasize how dirty this business is.Service: Engine repair

I pulled into Barker’s Auto when my directional stopped working. Chris greeted me and helped me right away. He diagnosed the issue and fixed it temporarily so I could get my kids home safely and ordered the part needed to remedy the issue. I was super impressed and grateful! Thank you!

What a great, family run place! Made my new car brand new again after an accident. They advocated for every part for me with the insurance company and made sure it was mint before returning it. Easy to communicate with and extremely friendly and helpful people!

Baker’s Auto took on a project for me- repairing the roof of my 1988 Suburban that was damaged in shipping. Nobody on the Cape wanted to touch it but these guys are enthusiasts and do a lot with classic cars and trucks.

I first had my 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme done, for a minor dent, at Baker Auto, back in 1994. My car came back in mint condition and I was very happy with the work. I have since had two additional body work repairs done (more severe than my first one) and I am impressed with their professionalism, timely repairs and, above all else, the highest quality of work that they do.
