If I could give this CVS no stars I would. The automated system is awful. Their pharmacy is VERY unprofessional and so unethical. I called and i said I was a provider because that’s the only way you can speak to a person. I’ve done this many times and HAD NEVER had a problem with this. She asked me if I was a provider and I told her I was a patient. She immediately gave me attitude and told me I shouldn’t have called. If I had her name I would absolutely would call and complain specifically about her. She hung up on me as well. Nobody who works in the public eye should be treated the way I was treated. I’m most definitely calling and speaking to a manager. (That is if I can get through) if I can’t I will go there personally and complain. NOT TO MENTION! They told me my medicine wouldn’t be in for a whole week because there truckers are on holiday. I can’t refill my meds in the app or on the phone. I told the women in the pharmacy that I couldn’t on the app AND SHE TOLD ME I SHOULD CALL AND USE THAT LINE SPECIFICALLY! This pharmacy should hire new employees. If you’re not happy working with people THEN DONT! Simple as that. She should be ashamed of herself and take an ethics class.

I TRIED SPEAKING TO A PHARMACIST AND THE NEW RECORDING SYSTEM THEYRE USING REFUSED TO LET ME. ITS NOT EVEN AN OPTION. THIS IS THE WORST PHARMACY IVE EVER BEEN TO. THEY PURPOSELY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO IGNORE US- THE CUSTOMERS! THERES NO BETTER WAY TO BLATANTLY PROVE THEIR TOTAL DISREGARD FOR CUSTOMERS OTHER THAN SPITTING DIRECTLY IN OUR FACES. CVS SHOULD BE ASHAMED.

Do NOT use this pharmacy! If I could put 0 stars I would! They will mess up your prescriptions, their bots don’t work and send out prescription ready texts when their not ready, i’ve asked a million times for my auto refill to be off and it’s always on until I got pissed one day and called. THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR MEDICATIONS AND SOMETIMES SEND YOU TO ANOTHER PHARMACY AFTER THE APP SAID 8 PILGRIM HILL ROAD WAS IN STOCK!!!
Karen is exceptionally awful at her job and at customer service. I’ve doubt with her quite a few times. But my last visit was the last straw. Telling me to wait a minute while she showed her coworker something on her phone and greeting me at the window with an attitude after I pressed the Drive through button for the second time as she continued to blab on like i was inconveniencing her by interrupting her chit chat. I waited 10 mins just to deal with her AGAIN. The person in front of me got so mad they took off.
Honestly over incompetence and inconsiderate employees is why I will never go back here. Plus everything is so expensive there! Literally a $5 difference in Q Tips co
pared to walmart and Stop and Shop!
If you guys want someone to blame for your lack of customers and good reviews blame your selfs and bad employees. Karen needs to spoken to about her lack of customer service! And maybe learn how to shut up!

Do not waste your time calling the pharmacy, they DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. You will go through the automated system only to sit on hold forever listening to music. I am pretty sure they just ignore the phone entirely. I called spent 6 minutes on hold, then hung up tried again and selected different options from the menu and spend another 6 minutes listening to music before hanging up. This CVS is fine if you physicallygo there but not ever answeringthe phone is poor service.

Do NOT go to this pharmacy. I was expressing my feelings due to how I was treated by the staff, while doing so I noticed a female costumer beside me recording me! I made her delete the video. Recording people without consent to do so in MA is permitted! Once I witness this, I told this woman to delete the video, and the woman stated she was just going to send it her friend because her friend has the same issues that I was expressing to the pharmacy. Doesn’t matter WHY I was being recorded. It’s not right and not only did I witness this some pharmacy staff did as well. One of the staff members said she was trying to “help” me so recording me is helping me? Not only is this pharmacy unprofessional but they justify things that are permitted and have no CARE for their costumers. I will be taking this matter to corprate!

Worst managed store I've ever seen.They never answer phone or fill your prescriptions in a timely manner.I would go to any other pharmacy except they are only one open 24 hours.They obviously don't care as all the reviews are bad.Have some pride in your company and fix this broken store.1/27 another fun Saturday night at cvs,drive thru closed to lack of help and giant line inside.Glad they read these reviews and improve their service.

Horrible experiences almost every time I have to go here. The pharmacy staff is never paying attention, they ask for things and when you respond with a question they get visibly upset and annoyed maybe do not work in a pharmacy. Swearing and other things at the work place while customers are waiting, ignorantly explaining things as if people are dumb and are unable to comprehend what is being said. I’m educated and willing to learn but when it’s an emergency and things are needed make it work and another question if you require an id all the damn time why is it not kept on file and matched to the person picking up the scripts (law right) but I’ve watched the people that work here walk in ask for the same meds and walk out no ID scans nothing, something doesn’t seem right to me!

Drive thru is never open due to lack of assistance- even at 1am when the entire store is empty, the drive thru is closed. There is no reason why someone should have to walk into a cvs at 1am for a prescription. It’s all and any random hours throughout the day, no drive thru. Whether there’s a line inside or out, you’re waiting 30 min. Except for tonight, at 1am, when there was no line inside- yet the drive thru is still closed.

Charged me for the rounded up “executive philanthropy” scam (that CVS is being sued over and) after I declined it. I later had to return an item. Now I have to watch my bank account to see if the red-haired cashier with a narcissistic smile reversed the return. Not surprised to see this place has 2.5 stars.

HORRIBLE DRUGSTORE....they've alread undergone an investigation due to narcotics disappearing. They've MESSED Up my prescriptions NUMEROUS times. Today I've been on hold so far for almost 2 HOURS now. Last time it was 2.5 hours i was on HOLD. They have also given me the mediations belonging to someone else. I've also been shorted on the number of my pills SEVERAL TIMES. It's time to go to Walgreens or somewhere else

If you’re looking for unprofessional staff- for example the pharmacist Carol… continue to use this place. I’ve watched her repeatedly disrespect customers and staff. They need to do something about her and her behavior. I’m shocked she has a job at this place.
