There is a young women white women eye lashes and nails slightly on the heavy side not by much at the pharmacy who was already been incredibly disrespectful and rude and horrible customer service towards me and my mother and we regular come to pharmacy for my family needed medication. We had received a text two days prior to coming in store saying a much needed medication was ready and as we arrived she told us the medication was lost- not filled, etc. she told us it would take 2.5 HRS toFill a medication actually two medications. She’s a horrible person.

Unfortunately the attention to customer service is severely lacking. I try to avoid CVS at all costs. Balbonis Pharmacy is the best pharmacy to use in North Plymouth.

This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to. They close earlier than scheduled times all the time. Not to mention the pharmacy is only open till 7. Obviously CVS doesn't care about your health or time. Hire More People - Self Check Out is NOT CONVENIENT.

Don't use this pharmacy. They will not answer their phones, ever! Apparently understaffed yet when I went there, there were three people with zero customers. I know it's difficult to refill prescriptions but you could pick up your phone after 20 minutes. The main pharmacist solution was just go to another one then. Brilliant

I have been trying to get my daughters prescription for days. I tried the line inside and drive thru. I’m very patient waiting my time in line, but this is ridiculous- they are clearly under staffed and how works there is really slow.

Sept 4, around 6 pm today.ATTENTION: MANAGEMENTWorst experience ever at this location.I rarely write a review but this one needs to be out there. I was there today to print some pictures. I selected 13 pictures and I got the receipt. The printer just printed 12 pictures so I asked the female staff to help me check it out whats going on. She doesnt know whats going on and asked me to do it again because the QR code that is needed to be scanned at the register didnt print too. So there I am, transferring the photos again using bluetooth and she was there watching me while im doing it till I got the receipt. Then Im waiting for the pictures when she told the male staff something. I didnt hear it but she left and went to that room on the side. I was waiting until I gave up and told the male staff that I dont think its printing. He knocked on the door to talk to the female staff then he told me that their computer is having some issues or something. I get it I understand. So I asked them if I could just pay for the 12 pictures that printed the first time because its clearly known from the receipt how much it cost for the 12 pictures. They told me that they cannot sell it to me because they need the QR code. I was like theres no way you can override the register? Like scan an item or something and put the price or something. What happens if a bar code of an item doesnt work? It happens at stores. There must be a way. Okay dont wanna argue more. Im too tired from work and I was there long enough. I asked them if they have a shredder and they answered yes but its at the back. There I am thinking theres pictures of my son and his classmates at preschool. He was just holding the photos. These are kids pictures. I wanna protect these kids. How can I be so sure that those will be shredded if I dont see it. Besides, will CVS go bankrupt if they just give me those pictures? I am willing to pay for it. I CAN PAY!If I could give a negative review I would.Worst 40 minutes inside CVS for nothing.

This is the worst service I have ever encountered. The automated refill means nothing. You have to show up and they tell you "oh, we are backed up but we can fill it if you come back in an hour". I appreciate they are understaffed but I think I am going have to switch pharmacies as they are horrible.

Adding a star for the amazing workers that do their best to keep up with the work load. If CVS paid a higher wage, I doubt they would be as understaffed.

I’ve been to a lot of CVS’s in my life (huge fan of their generous extra bucks program) and Omar at this location was the kindest and most helpful employee I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with. He took the time to assist each customer 1-on-1 through the self checkout line and managed the line with ease and a kind smile the entire time.Omar definitely deserves a raise for that level of care and attention!!!Another employee, Michelle was kind enough to escort me to the restroom and unlock the door for me (grateful to use it before a hike!)Overall, great vibes and impeccable customer service at this CVS! 10/10!

The staff treats everyone as if they are trying to steal or something. Not only do they follow you around, when I went to self checkout, he jumped up & took my basket out of my hands & said “I’ll do this for you” If you don’t want customers checking themselves out then get rid of self checkout. They made us feel very uncomfortable & one staff member was actually accusing a customer of stealing, while we were there, when all she was doing was trying to put something she didn’t want, back. So unprofessional.

Like many others these days, they don't have enough staff. Often times, it's self check out only, drive thru has been closed lately, prescriptions take a long time to fill, sometimes 5 or 6 days. I received a text to pick up a prescription on a certain day, went to the drive thru, it was closed. Went inside and waited in line for 20 to 30 mins only to find out they were out of stock of the prescription that I was supposed to pick up. Very annoying indeed! Also, you have to call the pharmacy each and every time you want a prescription mailed. It's the worst system I ever encountered! It might be time to switch pharmacies.

Worst service. Worst communication. Worst everything. if negative stars existed that's what I'd do.
