This particular branch is terrible. To be clear, the store itself is nice, but the pharmacy is disturbingly bad. It is so bad, it feels intentional. The pharmacy staff are stressed out, and they seem like they hate their job. Rude, dismissive, and intolerant of their customers.

John at the Front of the store was a miserable grumpy man who should not be working with the public! I had a rain check, he couldn’t handle it, at first didn’t want to accept it, he swore while ringing in my order and literally walked away in the middle of it - someone else had to come in and finish ringing me up. I don’t understand why he is working with the public!

Went to the pharmacy to fill a prescription. Stood at the counter for several minutes. An employee walked by once and looked at me, saying nothing. About 2 mins later the same employee looked at me again, saying nothing. I waited another minute, leaned to the side so I could catch her eye and ask for help, only to see that she was busy folding a pile of papers. No one else was in sight. If she had said "hi, someone will be with you shortly" or "it's going to be a few minutes" I would have patiently waited as long as it took.
I went to Walmart (never filled a script there) and stood in line. The line moved fast and the person who waited on me was personable. I never thought I'd get good service there because it seems like there's always a line. Walmart's pharmacy gained a new customer today (needless to say I won't be returning to CVS).

Under staffed busy ect. Doctors sent my sons script over at 1040am. Got there about 12 was told they didn't have it, and to come back after 3. Did so, told again don't have it and come back in an hr. My husband went there and was told again, don't have it and won't on today's expected shipment. They called the surrounding stores and closest was Brockton. After all that work and wasted time, as my husband was leaving he was told, "wait we have half of your sons script , just not the full. " WOW, ok my son has poison ivy and could've started taking it when the doctor had originally sent it in ? "Yes" . "WHY WAS I TOLD YOU DIDNT HAVE ANY VERSES FILLING HALF HIS SCRIPT TO GET HIM STARTED ????" I felt so bad for my kid. Covered from head to toe quite literally. I just don't know. Right hand doesn't know what the left is doing ? Can you imagine of a someone needed a script that was more important than what I was there for and they did this? Mmm...

Unfortunately, this is the only pharmacy near my house. The staff is friendly, but maybe poorly trained. The pharmacy takes forever for "expedited" prescriptions, and they will have 5 orders and fill maybe 2. They also are constantly out of medications and when they say they're ordering them and they'll be there in a day or two, expect a 2 week delay. I know most of the staff and how hard they work, but there's always one incompetent mixed in which throws everything off.
** 9/21/23- as for the front store, they have improved 1000%. There used to be like 2 clerks that had any manners or knowledge of the store st all. Then they hired ones with no personality. But now we with new management they've got at least 5 competent people with both knowledge and personality. The staff I doesnt always have the most pleasant attitude, but honestly, they know where products are ĺòcatedd can complete transactions without calling a manager (all except 1) which counts for a lot. The new manager is great b as nd moving in the right direction, hope he sticks around.

I've lived in plymouth for almost a year now, and when I first moved to plymouth, I started going to this cvs and liked them. But for weeks, I've been trying to have them refill a prescription of mine, and they still haven't. And I've been calling them to see if they are, and they say they have to contact my doctor, and they will, but they still haven't after weeks. I'm switching pharmacys. I don't recommend going to this cvs

Pharmacy is horrible with wait times , expedited medications take 25-40 mins wait time . One of the pharmacist’s is the rudest person I have ever met, very disrespectful and sarcastic! As soon. As I get a new car I’m changing to the 24 hour cvs or something. The rest of the staff is ok , and the front of the store is ✅! Oh yea when the get busy they just shut the phones ? off.
