Sat in drive through line for 30+ minutes, pressed call button multiple times, was never acknowledged- I have no problem waiting, but at least let me know that you see me!

I will never come back here. I'm not exactly picky but the pharmacy was so rude and dismissive to me. Customer service is a difficult job but come on.

If i could give this a zero i would!!! Worse pharmacy ever! Got text messages several time that prescriptions were ready and 3x got there and was told we have nothing. This was over the course of 10 days. Dr called them 2ce ?Turns out the were looking at the wrong name (a relative that had passed 5 years earlier) HELLOOOOO i thought thats why they used birthdates.

I used to use CVS on Pilgrim Hill Road, but the amount of customers and volume makes it unbearable. I recently switched to State Road & things could not be better. Since making the switch I’ve had no more issues with medications being out of stock or having to wait days to get my child an antibiotic. The pharmacist is great and always in stock. Sue helped me today. She offered my flu shot right there on the spot, processed it and had me finished and out within 5 minutes. She was so helpful, extremely knowledgeable & efficient. She seemed to really care about her job & customers. She was kind, patient & compassionate. Normally, I couldn’t be bothered with the hassle and time to make an appointment. Sue made this experience so easy. I hope they get paid extra for the risks they take dealing with blood and needles.

The 40% off coupon is now 30% off IF you can find a product not already on sale. Their concept of “on sale” is BOGO 50% off. In other words BUY MORE PRODUCT to get a discount. Many racks empty. There is virtually NO gift wrap or ribbons anymore. The ATM machine at the front of the store offers no privacy. Sometimes no clerk at front, just the 2 self serve stations. Too many very expensive cosmetic and facial product lines. Not sure that this CVS is what our community needs. Why sell groceries when there is a grocery store right across the street?

Plenty of health and beauty products along with a full service pharmacy. Nice candy selection too.

Actually the worst pharmacy, that's why I switched over to Osco at Shaws and they are SWEETHEARTS!

Everytime I need a prescription for anyone in the family there is always some issue. The website says that the pharmacy closes at 9 pm on google. Yet i was told it is now 8 pm when I was trying to go through the drive thu to pick up my sons breathing meds. Spent over 35 minutes on hold and they answered at the time I was driving up. They said yes we have 4 ready for him but we are closed. I offered to go inside and again was told they were closed. Asked if they could transfer them to the 24hr CVS at exit 6 and got another sorry we are closed. My son really needed these medications tonight and we did not get out of his appointment til almost 7pm. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anybody. The problem is that it is the only pharmacy that is in a 10 mile radius from where I live besides shaws pharmacy. I have tried to switch to shaws in the past and was told they dont carry a lot if the meds my family needs.

Summary for pharmacy: long wait times, no one ever answers the phones, some staff can be capricious & make the process unnecessarily hard.I’m adding 1 extra star begrudgingly because of the few nice store staff. After years of issues with this branch, finally gave up & went to Manomet, despite it being out of my way. During Covid, long wait times & staffing problems were perfectly understandable. Only problem is they’ve been using “We’re short staffed,” as an excuse for at least 5 years (more, I found similar reviews from 6-8 years ago).On top of that, this CVS has a reputation for being rude & unnecessarily difficult with people on Medicaid/MassHealth, especially if they’re also getting a narcotic. For example, one person I know was told she had to wait until the exact time, to the minute, her RX was filled last month before picking up the refill. She protested & they said it was “state law” … IT’S NOT.Manomet is having some staffing problems & occasionally gets backed up now. But they at least were generally good before, so I’ll give them a chance. If they too bomb out, I’m done with CVS forever.

Merrileigh went over and above to help me save $$$ on 6 prescriptions at once. Just two of them added up to around $110 with her diligence she was able to reduce the entire cost to $5.93 by applying the Mass health and other insurances properly. I was pleasantly surprised. I give her an A+ and hope that her coworkers will do the same in the near future. Thank you.
